Enjoy a wonderful vacation in this spacious studio unit in Seagrove Beach. Located on the bottom floor and only short walk to the white sandy beaches of 30A. It has a fully stocked kitchen and comfortably sleeps 4. A wonderful time awaits you, start making memories you will remember for a lifetime.

At Hidden Beach Villa 101, you can enjoy beachside relaxation at the beach or at community pool area. There is also a laundry facility on site with coin operated washers and dryers.

After a long day in Florida’s sun, enjoy dining at any of Scenic 30A’s fine restaurants. You can rent a bike and enjoy a ride to famous Seaside Beach and shop at any of their many shops. You can enjoy an evening concert at seaside during the summer months.

Beach Access:
From the west end of the complex, head across 30A via Pelayo Avenue. Across 30A and down the boardwalk is your beach access. This unit is the closest unit in the complex to the beach access!
Distance: .1 miles | Time: 3 minutes walking

Hidden Beach Villas:
Hidden Beach Villas is a lovely beach condominium located steps to the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy a cool and refreshing dip in the community pool. Or cook a special meal on one of the community grills. For added convenience, there is a laundry facility on site with coin operated washers and dryers. Located along scenic Hwy. 30A, in the heart of Seagrove Beach, between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The 19 mile paved bike/walk path that parallels the entire length of Hwy. 30A is conveniently located in front of the complex.

Your stay at Hidden Beach 101 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Location location location

We loved our stay here!! Being so close to the boardwalk to the beach was perfect and made our trip so much easier. Unfortunately the WiFi was out 3/4 nights of our trip, but the communication with the property manager was constant and they did everything in their power to get it resolved for us as fast as they could. We would stay again here!

Unheard of only less than one roll of toilet paper for 3 people.. Then was told it was only a starter roll and I had to purchase some. Not happy that I reserved the room for occupancy of 3 and did not even have sheets for the couch pull out. Not really happy about this.

Incredible Location

Incredible location - loved the quick and easy access to the beach right across the street and the town square is just a short bike ride away. The condo leaves a little to be desired - outdated, signs of wear/tear, mattress is hard, outlet between the bed and table doesn’t work.

Refrigerator did not work.

It leaked water all over our food inside the refrigerator. I called Benchmark twice and was told they would send someone out. No one ever came to fix the refrigerator. We had to keep our ice and food for the week in coolers.

Dependable clean stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the fact it was across the street from the Pelayo beach access point in Seagrove. 6 mins away from Publix which was helpful to get groceries. We enjoyed having washable dishes and having the soap for both dishes and the bathroom. Linens and towels were also available and clean which we were grateful for! The only thing we had to be mindful of was taking quick showers because the water wouldn’t drain quickly. Come to find we found a ton of hair from previous guests in the drainage and removed most of it when we saw the water wasn’t draining properly. If we could give constructive feedback before coming back to stay here it was be to replace the mattresses for both the bed and couch bed please! There were no bedbugs which was nice but the mattresses were so squeaky and hard/thin to the springs that it was hard to sleep on. For aesthetic feedback, the paint is okay not peeling yet but maybe time for another coat just in case and to sand/get rid of the popcorn ceiling. Other than that, we were super grateful for the welcome boxes with soap and the text instructions of the entry code and exit code for arrival and departure. Overall I would give it 4.5 stars ⭐️/ 5 stars ⭐️

TLC Needed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay, and we like staying at Hidden Beach (HB). This location puts us close to the beach, our favorite restaurants, and Seaside.Unit 101, however, could use some TLC. The location of Unit 101 is great; it puts you closer to the sand and surf. Except for the traffic noise in the morning, it is in a good spot. The unit was clean, and the housekeepers did a respectable job. One roll of TP for 3 nights is not enough. The towels were plentiful and clean. Where does the unit need TLC? The dishware: too many chips on plates/cups so Corelle dishes would be a better fit. Or some type of material that is more durable. The fridge needs an icemaker (Florida, right?). The vinyl shower curtain needs to be replaced, it's time. And new paint in the bathroom would be nice to eliminate the assorted shades/colors and nicks on the wall. A handheld feature on the showerhead would be good.The decor could use some updating too, the bowl of "fruit" should be replaced. Coffee filters would be a nice touch so one doesn't have to use paper towels. We weren't sure which type was needed and didn't want to purchase them as our coffee maker at home uses a different style. Unit 101 is not our favorite unit in HB but we would return when attention to detail is recognized and fixed.

hidden beach villa 101

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we had a great stay weather was beautiful and room was comfortable and short walk to beach. To be honest our ice cream melted first night IN FREEZER AND ice maker didn't work and the DRAIN IN SHOWER VERY SLOW FILLING TUB but other than that all was well.

Never again!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: *Bed is worn out-the unopened sofa was more comfortable to sleep on..*the worst equipped kitchen of any unit I have ever rented-needs new cookware and just generally more of what people need to cook with. *the refrigerator/freezer is worn out and the ice maker worked only sporadically. *the rubber mat in front of the kitchen sink in disgustingly filthy and I know for a fact that it has been in that exact spot for at least 10 years..and it has probably never been moved an inch !*the entry key pad on the front door gave us fits the entire 2 weeks. Followed instructions carefully...using the correct numbers...and it always took numerous attempts to get it to open up. Very frustrating. The positives-very cold A/C and a nice dishwasher..that’s all. The bottom line...y’all have lost me as a customer. Never again. Whoever owns HBV 101 has to be one of the cheapest bastards around. I will go elsewhere next time.
