Located in the center of Seagrove, the Emerald Hill complex is in the perfect place for easy access to shops, restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores and of course, the beach. On the south side of CR Hwy 30A, directly across from Seagrove Plaza, in the heart of beautiful Seagrove Beach, this 36 unit complex offers affordability and comfort. The property is centrally positioned and close to everything. A Publix grocery store is approximately 2 miles away, and a Tom Thumb gas station is within walking distance. This family friendly complex is very close to some of the area’s most popular State Parks, as well.

This Gulf front community offers a large sunny pool. The private gated beach entrance is right on the property, which allows for swift access to the white sandy beach. The 19 mile paved bike/walk path that parallels the entire length of the scenic highway 30A is conveniently located in front of this complex.

Feel right at the beach in this cozy condominium studio. Emerald Hill 19 is great for a small family vacations or romantic getaways. This poolside unit sleeps up to four, 1 queen bed and 1 daybed with twin trundle. Updated with tile floors, granite counters, modern appliances in the kitchen area plus a relaxing decor make it a perfect retreat.

Your stay at Emerald Hill 19 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

* Golf carts are not allowed at Emerald Hill
* Only umbrellas (7’ max) are allowed on beach. No tents, cabanas, or canopies.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Just steps away from paradise.

The property was easy to check in and out of! It was the perfect space for my husband and I! The condo was only a few steps from the beach! We had the best time! We will be back!

so disappointed

we love Emerald Hill… its location, access to the beach, quiet surroundings…. but this stay was horrible… the apartment was roach/bug invested. we have yet to get a satisfactory response from management or owner.

The only thing I wished were better was the bed/mattress/pillows. The bed is old and sunken in the middle. The pillows were flat, and sheets slid all around. Other than that no complaints. Beachside on budget

We truly loved the price and location to beach. I did not realize it was as small as it is but we managed that. The hot water had been turned off but my husband fixed that . However the water tasted strange and we didn’t drink it. There are some supplies, cookware missing from unit but it looks like maybe you’ll be renovating.

Small but works

We stayed for 4 nights with 2 adults, and 2 teens. The space worked out fine, it’s a good thing we all like one another, ha! Kitchen was great for making small quick meals, we brought our air fryer which worked out great. We were right outside the pool and a few steps to beach. Was nice and secluded, but everything you needed was in walking distance. For the most part it was clean, noticed dust on top of the fridge and other ledges. Overall, it worked and would stay there again.

Loved the area, but the unit itself needs some work

We love the area and that the condo is on the beach. The water and beach were perfect. But the unit needs some work. The floors felt sticky as soon as we opened the door, sheets were rough and didn’t stay on the bed throughout the night despite constantly fixing. The mattress dipped in the middle as well. And the dryer took 4 cycles to dry and we only bath washed towels. We would definitely stay in the area again but wouldn’t recommend this specific unit.

Generations with a week off

Reviewer Comments: This a a great location to stay out of the car and get some needed exercise by bike you can get to most of the hot spots on 30A even the Publix or walk to local ones.The unit was easy access and clean.We had a great time even though mother nature was doing her thing.The kitchen needed to be restocked for cooking and the unit needs only half or less of the decorative pillows as it is small and they took most of the storage space up once removed from beds and bench.Overall it was great and we would return.

Unit 19 Emerald

Location was great .Emerald Hills Unit 19. Unit was a little dated. Bedspread was not new and fresh. The toilet was not flushing well and was extremely low. We had trouble finding the unit and then getting the key due to poor communication before we got there but we figured it out when we called the Benchmark office.. Outside the unit was not as clean as it should be in the garden outside our unit.

Wedding Weekend

The property is in a great location. Very convenient to the pool and beach. The unit is an efficiency unit with a bed that folds up into the wall cabinet. Our only cleanliness issue was under the bed. The cleaning crew apparently did not know the bed folded up into the wall. So under the bed had not been cleaned in a while. We contacted management after 5pm upon check-in but received an answering service. We were frustrated that we could not get a cleaning service until the next day. The next morning Management took care of the cleaning underneath the bed. Otherwise, this unit was very nice for my wife and me to enjoy the weekend and attend a wedding.

Steps to beach

Reviewer Comments: Weather not good - tornado warnings, lots of rain & very windy so we were glad to be just steps from the beach so we could go down & back very easily when the sun broke out sporadically. Very satisfied with first-floor location, general condition,cleanliness. Difficult to reach property mgmt by phone- everything done through email/texting until we arrived then they were very easy to reach. I appreciated their checking in to make sure everything was good.The round outside patio table was broken on the top. Difficult to use oven as you can't fully extend the door because it's too close to refrigerator.The kitchen/bath supply bags were so useful! Would be helpful to have 2 beach 's very compact but works well for 2 persons for several days. I would find it difficult to stay here with more than 2 persons even kids. The free amenity tickets were not useful - we were not interested. Instead, we dodged the rain & thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Eden Gardens - would love 1 free admission there!

Great area, decent room

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was wonderful but the room itself was just ok. The listing doesn't mention that the "main" door is the sliding door on the patio. Unfortunately, the bed was not comfortable and needs different sheets (they would come off the mattress every time we laid down). The studio was decently clean, but we did find bugs. I'd also suggest rearranging the furniture because it is hard to get around the room. Lastly, we only found out two days before our arrival that emerald hill would be closing the main and only boardwalk on the property. We had to walk to the road and around the fence to get to the public beach access which was very inconvenient especially since I am 7 months pregnant. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

High price for unit with.. bugs..

This place would’ve been much better if the price wasn’t as steep. If you’re wanting to book this specific unit, do it through benchmark30a.com and save yourself some money — I didn’t know they had a direct booking site until I saw it advertised inside the unit itself.. This place would’ve been perfect for our needs really if there weren’t little bugs (literally little roach looking critters). But we didn’t feel comfortable cooking meals there bc they were mostly in the kitchen, no telling where all they have been crawling around. It was really disturbing. We would go to heat up food in the microwave and sometimes one would crawl in once you opened the door. Washing dishes/ loading the dishwasher, I had one crawling on the counter in front of me. Reviewer Comments: This a a great location to stay out of the car and get some needed exercise by bike you can get to most of the hot spots on 30A even the Publix or walk to local ones.The unit was easy access and clean.We had a great time even though mother nature was doing her thing.The kitchen needed to be restocked for cooking and the unit needs only half or less of the decorative pillows as it is small and they took most of the storage space up once removed from beds and bench.Overall it was great and we would return.

Unit 19 Needs a Facelift

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in several Emerald Hill studio properties and have always been extremely pleased with the location, amenities, and comfort of each unit. While the location cannot be beat, Unit 19 was rather disappointing in the upkeep and updating of several of the amenities we have grown to appreciate at Emerald Hills. For example, the coffee maker's light did not turn on and the "Off/On" or "Power" had worn off the buttons, so the only way to know it was on or off was to plug/unplug it. The bed had a dip right smack in the center, so my husband resorted to sleeping on the trundle, otherwise we would have both been in the center of the bed. The pillows were sadly no better with maybe two or three inches of life left in the stuffing. Fortunately we brought our own. We used our Costco toilet paper, but had to plunge after each use, because the toilet stopped up every time we flushed. On a positive note, the water pressure is great! There is no ice maker, which is not a deal breaker, but the ice cube trays were cheap and some had cracked. The worst part was not having a working clothes dryer. Years of built-up lint had clogged the vent, preventing the air from circulating and the lowering the humidity of the dryer. The dryer would heat up, but with the high humidity inside, the clothes would not dry. We found it faster to hang them on the furniture to air dry. Oh, the dish washer would randomly spit water out from the bottom!I did call Benchmark about the dryer and they were super friendly and the service technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and nice. He wasn't able to fix the dryer and took notice of the spitting dishwasher. We love the Emerald Hills properties and enjoy renting from Benchmark. The location is terrific, the people we meet are always friendly, the beach is gorgeous and not over crowded, and there are only three flights of stairs to navigate with all of your beach gear. We will stay here every time
