Hidden Beach Villas 228, a spectacular 2nd floor unit is furnished with a wall bed, queen sleeper and built-in bunks. It is professionally decorated, features an updated kitchen, complete with a large TV, and of course, Wi-Fi. It sleeps up to 6 people and is just across 30A from the beach.

Beach Access:
From the west end of the complex, head across 30A via Pelayo Avenue. Across 30A and down the boardwalk is your beach access.
Distance: .1 miles | Time: 3 minutes walking

Hidden Beach Villas:
Hidden Beach Villas is a lovely beach condominium located steps to the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy a cool and refreshing dip in the community pool. Or cook a special meal on one of the community grills. For added convenience, there is a laundry facility on site with coin operated washers and dryers. Located along scenic Hwy. 30A, in the heart of Seagrove Beach, between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The 19 mile paved bike/walk path that parallels the entire length of Hwy. 30A is conveniently located in front of the complex.

Your stay at Hidden Beach 228 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Wonderful family vacay!

Our experience with VRBO and Benchmark was excellent! We enjoyed every part of our stay in this condo. The location was great, being just a short walk to the beach. The pool was one of our kids' favorite parts of the trip! The condo was clean and comfy for our family! We definitely plan to book again!

Quick trip

The location was perfect for a quick end-of-school beach trip. The unit and pool were very clean and accessible. Very short walk to the beach and easy to find restaurants. This was our second stay at Hidden Beach Villas and we will likely stay again.

Perfect for us!

Nice location

This was in a very nice location, close to beach not far from Seaside. Photos with this unite must have been taken year they had bought it. Needs some TLC, furniture is very worn.

Spring break getaway!

This condo was fine for a long weekend for the 4 of us, myself, grown daughter and granddaughter (13) and friend(13) as it is really just one big room. It’s us Murphy bed, sofa bed a wall twin beds but much longer and it would get alittle too small for 4 much less 6., in my opinion.

Beachy vibes!

This villa was clean, colorful and just right for me & my 6 year old. She loved staying in the cozy bunkbeds. This unit was very clean and well-designed. Feels bigger than it is. Right across the street from the beach, with a pool and clean laundry room. Nice little balcony. There were a few issues; t.v didn't work, but someone was at our door in under 10 minutes to help. The keypad really didn't like us but that's a tiny detail. I would look forward to staying in this sweet little villa again!

Absolutely loves our stay and didnt want to leave. It's so cozy and the people are so nice

We didnt arrive untill 1am Saturday instead of Friday so I fell we wasted a day. This condo is perfect and will be staying again. The pool is awesome, my kids loved it. The beds are so comfy. The restaurant's are the best. You have to try the key lime pie! The seafood market is a few blocks away and cheap! Our room was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen is fully stocked which is nice. The beach is only a 5 min walk away. The water is so clear and clean. We even seen dolphins!

Clean and Stylish Stay with a Few First Day Fixes

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was clean, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing. However, we did encounter a few issues upon arrival, including a slow-flushing toilet, a non-working icebox, and missing sheets for the sofa sleeper. Thankfully, all concerns were addressed promptly and resolved by the following day. One suggestion for improvement would be to add mattress protectors to the beds for added cleanliness and comfort. Overall, we appreciated the quick response and enjoyed our stay.

nice place

Unit was clean. location was good. We had other family members staying across the street at another condo. We spent most of our time at the beach so never did visit the pool here, but the condo was quiet at night. The murphy bed is not the most comfortable but it was ok. Our kid liked the bunk bed. Kitchen was clean, appliances were good. Overall we had a good experience.

Wonderful stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful babymoon at this rental. 32 wks pregnant and it was convenient to everything- just a very short walk to the beach. Only con was- the mattresses are awful. I ended up sleeping on a bunk bed for the last night which wasn’t much better. The floor was looking like an option at one point. And I don’t think the linens were cleaned- they were very sandy upon arrival. Tons of pillows, but couldn’t find any bed linens. Overall, I would stay again.

Below average experience

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was an average experience considering the price paid . Furniture were old and area outdated; the property was out of control with loud renters and no control or respect to others' sleep time. The access code was wrong so had to call to get the updated one.

Close to the beach; needs new mattress

This property was good for my husband and I who just needed an easy place to access the beach. It was spotlessly clean, which I always appreciate. However, it was not as good as it looks in photos. The bathroom door had a big piece of paint missing and most of the living room furniture was worn. All totally acceptable for the beach. Two things that I did not like: there was some sort of disposable blue liner in the shower that flapped up and made an already narrow shower very uncomfortable. The mattress on the Murphy bed is REALLY uncomfortable. It's like sleeping on an old fold our sofa.

228 Hidden Villa

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location with beach access and pool area are great. The grounds are maintained well. The unit is in DESPARATE need of replacement furniture and bathroom update, worn with large holes on chairs, sofa in similar condition with original sleeper mattress. Murphy bed was surprisingly ok. Maintenance guy knocked on our door at 7 am and then proceeded to unlock the door and come in. I ran to the door to stop entry from the bed. That was not professional and startled me significantly as we had not requested anything. He wanted to take photos I sent him away and ask that he return after we checked out that day. I would stay in Hidden Villas but not this unit until it's has necessary repairs.
