Commodore's Retreat 106 is a beautifully updated Gulf-front condo located directly on the sugar-white sands of Seagrove Beach. Positioned just steps from the shoreline with convenient beach access via a ramp, this ground-floor retreat offers stunning Gulf views and easy access for guests of all ages.

Inside, you'll find a fresh coastal design featuring crisp white shiplap accents, soothing shades of blue, and thoughtfully selected furnishings. The primary bedroom offers a comfortable king bed, while the living area includes a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations. Built-in hallway bunks provide a fun space for younger guests and make the layout ideal for families.

Designed with family travel in mind, the condo includes several thoughtful conveniences for guests with children, including a pack-n-play, highchair, child-friendly plates and silverware, books, and beach toys. These added touches help make packing lighter and family vacations more enjoyable.

Spend your mornings sipping coffee on the Gulf-front patio while watching the waves roll in, then gather outdoors for lunch or evening meals with the sound of the surf in the background. An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
