Short, Quick Stay

We stayed here for a long weekend. Everything was just as described. Wonderful view of the beach. Beach chairs are NOT included so be sure to bring your own or call 30A Shade. Perfect for a quick trip!!

Fantastic View

Amazing views

Lovely corner unit allows amazing views of the beach. We had issues with the door lock but otherwise had a great visit. Recommend Seagrove Market for dinner.

Great Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Condo and Beautiful Location. But there were some issues with the dishwasher and clothes dryer not working properly. Also there were obviously some glasses and dishes missing and no pizza pan.

Great place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay every year for two weeks at this place. The upgrades are great and it’s right on the beach, so what more could you ask. We had a few bumps this year, but it didn’t ruin our vacation and benchmark eventually took care of things. We expect the next year to be better than ever.

There was an issue with a water leak being repaired when we arrived so a hole was in the wall all week. The only negative is the couch is dirty and very uncomfortable needs updating.

Location great, furniture not so much

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location just really can't be beat – the corner view was breathtaking! With the private beach, we had no trouble setting up right on the water. However, the furniture in the unit is ready for a good cleaning/replacement. The bed was hard and not comfortable at all. Benchmark was great, as always, and we will rent with them again!

Great Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful condo we have used in the past and will use again, but it does need some maintenance work. The dead bolt on the lock sometimes sticks and needs to be corrected; this makes it hard to get in sometimes. The shower curtain rod almost fell down and the curtain rod in the living room did come loose.

TV remote didn't work and called to notify the office. I was told they would send a person out and no one showed up. Also, the dryer does not work. It starts and cuts off in about 2 minutes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the beach views and the access to the beach! I think there were some things that could be done to improve our stay. The remotes to the TVs needed new batteries, hair dryers weren’t provided and there needs to be more attention to cosmetic details. There were many items that needed to be cleared out of kitchen drawers and closets including old remotes and construction materials that took up space. Also the access to the beach required key fobs and a key code access was not available. Although a code was given there was no keypad. I would recommend the HOA adding a pad. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend.

Great location but lacking

Reviewer Comments: First of all, be sure to screen shot or print your info before getting in to town if you have verizon because there is no service. We could access our email to get the door code, then the door code was wrong. Finally made it in an hour later and the wifi was not working. The light switch in the front bath was broken and the couch has stains on it. Benchmark was very helpful and the location is great. We will be back here but not to this condo.

wonderful stay

The furniture on the balcony is all high top and useless for us - the bathrooms could use some hooks on doors for easier use. Problem on Arrival

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a major problem on arrival, the door code would not work, and we couldn't get in. Finally, I was able to contact maintenance and they came out and opened the door. Someone had unplugged the lock control inside the condo. This told me that the condo was not properly checked before our arrival. The person I talked to said this had happened in the past and I suggested that this should be checked after the departure of the previous tenant. Other than that, the condo was very nice, and we will probably rent it again as long as something is done about checking the door entry system.

Perfectly appointed, Gorgeous View!

You will love your stay here! Only weird thing was the beach access information still gives a number to type in but you must use electronic bracelets hanging by the door. Otherwise, perfection!

We had the most wonderful 5 nights in this beautiful unit!! The decor was adorable and I loved the colors chosen. The kitchen was well appointed. They truly thought of everything!! We would love to stay here again!!
