One Seagrove Place 607 is a 6th floor unit with unbelievable views. These views plus the amazing location make this condo such a great choice for your next 30A vacation.

You'll enjoy the soaring views from the main living area of the unit plus the master bedroom. 607 can comfortably sleep up to 4 guests in its 2 bedrooms, making it perfect for couples or small families. Beach days couldn't be easier - just head down the elevator and out the back of the building. Your toes will be in the sand in just minutes. If you need a break from the sand and surf, take a dip in the complex's pool.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed, TV, balcony access. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds, TV. Shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.

One Seagrove Place:
A magnificent 21-story Gulf-front high-rise condominium, 1 of only 2 in tranquil Seagrove Beach. You can enjoy a variety of activities offered at this complex, or just sit back and enjoy a wonderful panoramic view from your private balcony. There is a Gulf-front pool that is heated seasonally, tennis courts and a fitness center with Gulf views.

Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer! Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right in front of the complex. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities.

Your stay at One Seagrove Place 607 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

A week in Seagrove

Sea Grove Beach is one of our favorite area on the FL Emerald Coast, especially during the shoulder months. One Sea Grove Place is the perfect location for the two of us to unwind, relax and enjoy the incredible Gulf Front view. We try and go at least once a year.

40th Birthday Celebration

This was a perfect place to celebrate my 40th birthday. The weather was beautiful, the sounds of the waves lulled us to sleep every night we were there. We will definitely book this again the next time we visit the area.

We go every fall

We enjoy going every fall to One Seagrove Place. We rent bikes and enjoy the surrounding area. The view from our condo is fantastic and the beach is clean and water is clear. Always a great vacation!

One Seagrove

Unit needs updating, likely will never stay at One Seagrove again. We typically stay at Beachcrest and will go back there on our future trips. The beach and weather was awesome!

Beautiful ocean view but condo needs updating

The ocean view is awesome in the mornings and at sunset but you can’t help noticing the condo needs some general love and care. Needs updating of kitchen and bath and furniture. Location is great!! Close to the ocean and Seaside and Rosemary! As well as local restaurants!

A terrific getaway!

As usual the beach was wonderful. We could sit on the deck day or night to watch the water and sunsets. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and being next door to Goatfeathers seafood market made bringing in fresh shrimp so so easy!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great! Wonderful location about 2 miles from Seaside Square. We ate in mostly so can’t speak to restaurants. The only negative is how crowded the beach was during our stay but it was a holiday weeeknd. Public access is right next to this access which made it challenging to spread out. Just be prepared to go down early and get a spot we went at 7am each day and still was in second row. The unit was great no issues and liked having the security guard on site too. I would stay again for sure!

Very Outdated

This condo is very outdated and not cleaned well. Paint peeling off the walls.Bathrooms are very small and the fridge was not very cool. If you have a small family this is not the place for you. Better options in the area.

Here's our thoughts......

Great location to all restaurants and shopping on 30A. Clean apartment. Spacious. Hosts continually text to check in and confirm we're doing well. Beach chair/umbrella rentals are ready and easy to pick up each day. There are 2 elevators in the building. One of them was broken for 1 of the days making the up/down trips really inconvenient. Also, we were unaware that we needed to supply our own toilet paper and paper towels. The AC works great but in the posted instructions listed inside the apartment say "do not set temperature below 70." The apartment does have a vacuum cleaner inside (we did not find a broom) for the sand we trekked inside which was unavoidable. The lighting inside was fair at best - terrible for applying makeup for us 4 female guests trying to get dressed up every night for dinners.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location, but when I walked in the unit, there was a bit of a musky smell and I could not get the tv’s to work properly. The minimum thin quilt was on all the beds and there was not even a blanket to use, so I could have something a bit heavier. The shower head was outdated and did not have good pressure. Was happy that there was not much to do, when leaving, but do not think I will stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was fine and had everything we needed. The fact that this property is now part of the public beach access was a pain. PersonalChairs had to be out by 7am or you had to sit towards the back. Beach chair rental was tough with the new process so we opted to buy chairs instead. Benchmark is not helpful when issues are present.

Please note however that this is beyond Benchmark's control. We would recommend visiting us during the slow season when everything is less busy. We are sorry that you did not find us helpful. We make apt use of our internal resources to address issues and in the event this cannot be resolved by us; we employ a third party company or reach out to the relevant parties such as the HOA. The location is great and the property itself was fine. My complaint is with the company that manages this property, Benchmark Management. When we arrived, with bags of groceries, the refrigerator was not working, and they had put a dorm-size fridge in the dining area. When called about this, they said we’re sorry, we’ve made a note of this, and thank you for your patience. I asked via text to be moved to another location that they manage and they said the fridge not working didn’t warrant this and that they supplied a sufficient replacement. We had to go out and buy a cooler to put our groceries in and keep replenishing the ice. It made for a less than relaxing time because we had to worry about keeping things cold. And they didn’t care. I had to ask for some sort of refund and I was told they have sent it to their board to look at. I even asked to speak to a mgr and have been told repeatedly that one is not available but they would call me back. I will never rent from them again.
