We loved it!

We loved everything about it, it was newly remodeled and beautiful and you have a view of the ocean and pool!

Great Vacation

The condo was beautiful. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and updated and the kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed.

Wonderful Stay

This was the first condo that I would 100% stay again. Everything was super clean and plenty of space for our party of 5 (3 adults, 2 small children). The proximity to the beach was great so that we could go up and down multiple times a day. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back!

Exactly what we wanted for our family of four (kids 5 and 7). Close to beach, clean, close to Seaside and a quick drive down to Alys/Rosemary. Loved our stay, would stay again!

Nice condo centrally located on 30A. It was clean and seemed to be recently remodeled. It was perfect for a couple’s getaway. There is a bunk bed in the hallway sized for young children. It is not long enough for teens or adults. The building is right on 30A and the bedroom faces the street. There is street noise, but not too bad. It is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. We were aware when booking since it is in the property description. Just be prepared for multiple trips to unload and load your vehicle. The only thing that was bothersome is that the drapes along the sliding glass door to the balcony only close 1/3 on each side, so no privacy at night in the living / dining / kitchen area. It was overall a nice place to stay for our last minute trip.

Great family stay on 30a

We love our summers on 30a and this time at Feelinv Tip Sea was no different! Great location and access to the beach! We loved the morning views as we drank our coffee! So peaceful!

Notified we could check in early which was a nice surprise. Issue w/door code but was resolved quickly. Mgmt company was very efficient and friendly. Location was perfect for us and we had everything we needed in the unit for a great getaway. Would def stay here again!

Beautiful condo--close to the beach!

This condo was my favorite in all the years we've been coming here. It was updated, clean and fully stocked. Super close to the beach and convenient to Seaside and other places we frequent. We couldn't be happier.

Pleasant Stay

Excellent property! Very clean, ideal location, contact with the Host company was very good. We enjoyed the Vacazen credit for bike rental. A very nice perk. We will return!

Beach Time!

The condo was clean and comfortable. It was quite and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean. It’s only a few steps from the beach. It’s close to restaurants and a grocery store. All in all a great place to stay. We will definitely stay there again!

The best!

Feeling Tipsea might become my new home away from home. It was absolutely perfect. Close to the water. Private. And simply cozy and inviting. Cannot wait to go back!

Stunning Condo!

Our room was absolutely beautiful!!! We had everything we needed plus some! The stairs were challenging at times but we managed!! Very quiet condo and would definitely recommend!! We will be returning most definitely!!

Condo is beautiful. It was clean. Great location. Bunk beds are a little short. Not for anyone taller than 5”4. Loved Everything else!

Feeling Tip Sea

Our room was wonderful! Very clean & decorated beautifully. We cooked a lot & the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Although not right on the beach, it was very easy access with nice view. We could hear the water & see it from our balcony. Customer service was exceptional. We will definitely stay here again!
