This 3rd floor open and airy living area opens to the balcony where you will enjoy beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and spectacular sunsets. A12 sleeps 6 with a king bedroom, hall bunks for the kids and a queen sleeper in the living area.

With everything modern and updated, you'll love a stay at Palms A12. You're greeted by Gulf views as soon as you step in. Enjoy watching the waves from the bright white kitchen or while dining at the table for 4. The kids can grab a quick snack at the kitchen's peninsula before heading down to the beautiful beaches of 30A. The king master bedroom is a relaxing retreat at the end of the evening. The updated private bathroom includes a large walk-in shower. The guest bathroom includes a shower/tub combination and is conveniently right next to the hallway bunks.

The Palms at Seagrove:
Nestled atop a bluff, the Palms at Seagrove is a Gulf-front complex is perfect for a great family vacation. Take a splash in the pool or a stroll along the sugar white beaches unique to this area. You'll enjoy some amazing views with a stay here. The Palms sits atop a 25-ft. bluff, raising you high above it all.

Your stay at Palms A12 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

Please Note: There is ongoing construction right beside the Palms, affecting Buildings A and B. Guests staying in Building B may experience partial obstruction of Gulf views, while guests in both buildings may encounter some daytime noise.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

We have stayed at the Palms several times. This is a very nice condo unit. We had a few hiccups, but the management company address the issues timely.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only issues that need to be addressed is the plumbing. The kitchen faucet was just lukewarm - not ever hot and the guest bathroom faucet was the opposite - hot water but only a trickle of cold. Other than that - we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful

Very nice place with stunning views!!!! If the view wasn’t phenomenal, the steps to the third floor wouldn’t be worth it. No elevator is the only drawback.

Best location

We love this location, The Palms is where we always look first for a condo at Seagrove bc it is in the middle of everything. This condo was beautiful and the views were amazing! I do wish they would include 1 beach setup per day, we had to pay separate for this. $35 per day.

Mildew and broken appliances.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a mildew and smell problem. It slowly improved by the last day. Dishwasher didn't work. Dryer lint trap is broken. Fan in master bath not working. Great location and overall the property is great. The unit was a disappointment and you only gave us $130 refund despite the horrible smell.

Great few days at the beach

My mother and I stayed here for a few days last week. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay again, but on the ground level, as there not being an elevator was a little inconvenient. Other than the flights of stairs, the view was absolutely breath taking. We saw dolphins swimming every morning, and walked down to Cafe 30A for two of our four dinners. It's in a great location and Benchmark was quick to respond with any questions or issues we had. The beach was private and enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrellas. We will for sure be back soon.

Suggestion: include beach gate passcode and instructions for the tv remotes. Floor could use a good cleaning.

Beautiful, clean & private

Updated and clean as a whistle. Private beach. Perfect for parents with teens or capable toddlers. Third story, walk up. Bring your own cookware if you’re picky. Very comfortable. Any issues we had were minor, and Benchmark did a bang up job addressing them quickly and efficiently. Skip the Vacayzen rental deal and go local - they were a pain and ended up having to refund our money. The company contracted to provide beach chairs & umbrellas in front of The Palms is walk-up only and only take cash/checks ($200/week as of July 2023).

I also absolutely loved the private beach access, which gave us space to lay out and relax. For improvements, here are the little things that would make it perfect. The vent in the bedroom had a shake in it every time the AC ran. I had to wear earplugs. The pillows were really cheap. Wish the pool was heated.Overall it was a great experience!!

Had some plumbing issues and weren’t happy with the cookware, but Benchmark was extremely helpful. They responded in a timely manner to all of our concerns. The description did say a keurig coffee maker was included and we were most disappointed when there wasn’t one. We made do with the regular coffee maker. The kitchen is ok, could use a little updating, but the view and location made up for it. Loved our time here. Bike rental voucher was a real plus.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a fantastic vacation. Upon arrival at Palms 12A we had a number of issues. The screen door would not stay on tract, top shelf in dishwasher was broken, the Master Bedroom TV had no signal---also came with 4 remote! A guide as to use would have been helpful. Also main remote for channels had a number of keys that didn't work(no channel up). Also during our stay the keypad on the entry door malfunctioned and would not let us in. Benchmark maintenance came out and also could not even use their main code to open door. They changed batteries and "fixed" the lock only for it to malfunction 2 days later. Once again, Maintenance came out and ended up cutting us a key for use for the rest of our stay. Big Thank you to Bob, Jack and Randy for helping us out with all the issues.--Jack even gave us his private cell number if we had further issues with the keypad--which we ended up calling him.

Beautiful View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just the right spot for us for a few days. The view was perfect and worth the visit. Condo was nice except for no elevator. Furniture in the living area could have used updating. All in all it was clean and we loved the balcony and 3rd floor view. Wish the pool had been beachside instead of middle of the condo units.

Best beach trip ever!

Will definitely go here again!
