This 3rd floor condo is the perfect choice if you are looking for an amazing beach vacation with gorgeous views and easy access to the Gulf.

On the first floor you're welcomed into an open concept living and dining room that is wonderfully coastal chic. You know you're on vacation when you walk into these views. Step out on your private balcony to take in the sights, sounds and smells that the gulf breeze and waves have to offer. This outdoor oasis offers plenty of seating for the family. Make your way back in the kitchen and you'll find stainless appliances, granite counters and an easy layout to make some wonderful home-cooked meals. A stacked washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

When you're ready to turn in for the evening, the 1st floor queen master bedroom will welcome you with a sense of serenity.

One the second floor you'll find a king master bedroom with attached bathroom featuring a double-sized shower and separate whirlpool tub. Plus this king bedroom loft features easy access to a fun nook for the kids -- a twin-over-twin bunk plus 1 twin bed.

Located directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, Eastern Shores condominiums have unsurpassed views of the sugar white sands and azure waters. Crabbing and fishing make for great family fun at nearby Eastern Lake. Stroll along our sandy white beach or enjoy swimming in the warm, crystal waters of the Gulf.

Your stay at Eastern Shores 211 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. When I think of planning a beach vacation this is the only place I want to go. The property is clean, up to date and well managed. Booking with Benchmark Management is easy and their communication before, during and after stay is great.

Nice Property in Perfect Location

The views from this condo can’t be beat, and its location is convenient to lots of great activities and restaurants. The kitchen had everything you could need for cooking and entertaining. We felt it could have been a little cleaner, but overall enjoyed our week here.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the location and the space we had for the 4 aduls and 4 children.Over all great space, wish they would invert a little bit more in the kitchen utensils departemnt, lot of them were broken or not in good condition.1st floor bedroom had a leak coming from the ceiling and after notifying the managment company, no one came out to adress it, e had a bowl siting on the floor to collect the drip.

Comfortable clean furniture, well stocked kitchen, great water pressure in the shower, very comfortable beds, entire place was very clean, and of course the views of the beach are spectacular. We especially loved that those views could be seen from both bedrooms not just the master. Wonderful stay.

My favorite part about this place is how easy access & close to the beach it was and I loved that it was private so we didn’t have to fight getting a good spot close to the water since it wasn’t public beach access. A gem on the Emerald Coast

This unit (ES211) is by far the nicest of the four units we have rented. Well equipped and maintained. Can't beat the view either.We would most definitely rent this unit again.We do wish the unit had regular cable TV versus a Roku-equipped device - we are old, don't have streaming subscriptions and do like linear programming.

The condo was not clean, sand on floor, grit on tables and counters. Seemed to have been a water problem at some point and carpets were full of mold. It rained while we were there and our assigned parking space was under 3-5 inch puddle half the week.

Reviewer Comments: The beach view was great, the furniture was scuffed and dated, the handle in the microwave was broken, there was a clean towel under the sink with a used bar of soap and hair wrapped it, the bathroom sink faucets has tooth paste on it and our feet were black from walking around the unit. The unit sleeps 9 but we only had one parking space. Still trying to figure that one out.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has been renting from Garrett Realty (now Benchmark) since the 90s when we first starting coming down to 30A. I’ve continued to use them as I prefer the security of professional realty company over something like air bnb when I spending a significant amount of money that impacts other peoples travel plans. I booked a place on 30A to visit the first time in the winter (we normally always come in the summer) and there was a slight hiccup in the booking once we got there with unexpected construction. It was such a relief to be able to get in contact with the company after hours who were able to quickly come up with a work around that still allowed us direct beach access. That is the kind of customer service that reinforces why we have used them so many years.

The carpeting on the stairs (which probably aren’t up to code) and upstairs bedroom is filthy and should immediately be removed and replaced with a more appropriate noncarpeted flooring. There are ceiling issues wherever a vent is located. It’s black around them. Drywall issue in family room on beachfront side. The furniture is old and dirty with dirty pillows, the dining table was extremely wobbly (which we tightened screws just for safety) and missing bolts. Because of all the problems mentioned we were extremely uncomfortable during our stay. Cannot recommend this property to anyone. The cleanliness is not a housekeeping issue it’s the total condition of the property.

The ceiling fan had dust over an inch thick, the lamps on the nightstands were covered in dust and the extra blankets were wadded up in the floor of the closet that doesn’t even open correctly. The sleeper sofa had used linens and blankets on it and was stored away. The upstairs bunk beds didn’t have linens. Overall, the place was not clean or well-prepared for our stay. The place could be awesome, but was a huge letdown.
