This 10th-floor unit, BeachCrest 1002, offers stunning Gulf views and is beautifully maintained with custom fabrics and finishes.

The kitchen includes granite countertops, high-grade stainless steel appliances, a convection range with warming drawer, and a glass, touch-activated electric oven with custom control panel and cooktop. Additional highlights include a lighted wet bar and a built-in 18-bottle wine cooler, adding extra convenience for entertaining.

The living area has been refreshed, providing a bright and inviting space with a 55" Smart TV. Both bedrooms feature king beds, and the living room includes a full-size sleeper sofa. The guest bedroom has a custom pocket door, creating a private suite with an en-suite bathroom, and Smart TVs are also provided in both bedrooms.

You'll feel on top of the world in this mid-rise condominium that hugs the Seagrove shoreline, offering private beach access. Ideally located along Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, BeachCrest is just minutes from Seaside, Alys Beach, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach. You’ll find no shortage of options for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Your stay at BeachCrest 1002 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The location was ideal from being able to walk to some restaurants and being beach front to enjoy the Gulf. The condo was the perfect size and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The view was beautiful and we really enjoyed spending time on the balcony. The building is older. We only stayed for 2 days. They accommodated an early check in which was very helpful.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing, especially for the price we paid.When we arrived, the rental was not clean. The sheets had visible stains, including what appeared to be blood and other bodily fluids, which was completely unacceptable. The Keurig filter had mold in it, and there were dirty dishes left behind, making it clear the unit had not been properly cleaned before our stay.We immediately contacted management and were told someone would come replace the sheets at 12 PM. We waited over three hours with no update. After following up, we were told they were “15–20 minutes away,” but it took another hour for someone to actually arrive. This ended up wasting a large portion of our day, as we felt we couldn’t leave while waiting for them to show up.While the view and beach were beautiful, the condition of the rental and the lack of timely response from the property managers really overshadowed the experience.To add to the frustration, we were told we would receive an email with a 5% discount for a future stay, but that email was never sent.Overall, this was not the level of cleanliness or service we expected, and unfortunately, we would not stay here again.

Absolutely amazing condo ! Absolutely amazing office management!!

This condo is perfect! We had an amazing trip! The management went out of their way to help us. Our flight arrived super early, they stored our luggage for us. They were just exceptional. Condo was beautiful, clean. Loved everything about it!! We will be coming back soon!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd visit to Beachcrest, our first in this unit. This unit was adequately furnished and very comfortable for 4 people. Beachcrest is in an excellent location and the facilities are well-maintained but be prepared for a shortage of luggage carts when moving in and out. Also be prepared to go to the beach early to secure an umbrella and chairs close to the surf.

Yes we can see a lot of people trying to get in at the same time causing the luggage carts to be in use highly at check in time. Great information to go to the HOA with. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this condo! The view was stunning, sat out on balcony every morning to drink coffee and listen to the waves. The decor and amenities were perfect. Kitchen very functional and being able to do laundry great. Air conditioning worked well and we slept comfortably. Everything clean and ready to go! We also appreciated the luggage carts to get everything to our unit. It’s the little things that matter! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we highly recommend!

Great Condo Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was a great pick for our beach front stay. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. The view was spectacular and everything we hoped it would be. The bed was firm and very comfortable. The kitchen had every necessity... even a regular AND keurig coffee maker. The location of condo was great for getting to many different restaurants without being amid the busyness some other areas present. Getting to the beach was super easy (although lots of stairs - just be aware), and having the chairs and umbrella sets as a part of the condo fee was great. The management company stayed in constant communication throughout our stay, although we had no problems that needed attention.
