The unit was spotless and well equipped. The property was very well maintained, and had amazing views with easy access to the beach. I highly recommend 30A CafĆ©, which is just across the street and down a blockā€”their she-crab soup is the best on all of 30A.I was extremely impressed with Benchmark. They were professional, responsive, and communicated clearly throughout our stay. We originally booked for three weeks, but due to weather issues back home and storms across the South, we needed to extend our stayā€”and they accommodated us seamlessly.One thing to be aware of is that this time of year there are condo updates and renovations happening, so noise levels can be a bit annoying at times. Also, directions for using the TV could be improved, especially navigating between the two remotes.Overall, it was a great experience. The beach is private and absolutely beautiful. We would highly recommend.

BUT let's be honest the view from this unit is simply stunning. We ate breakfast out on the balcony every day and just soaked in the views. Property is located perfectly on the beach. The decor is up to date and modern as described and cozy n comfy with an amazing view of the ocean. It provides great access to area restaurants and shops. We searched a lot of properties and glad we found this one

Three adults. Unit was great, location is very nice. We did not use our car during our stay and rented bikes to ride to Seaside or local establishments. . A large amount of cart rentals too. Beach was great, only issue is beach service starts picking up chairs and umbrella around 4ā€¦.two hours too early. We would come back again. Wish they had a guest book with previous renter comments on restaurants, etc

Beautiful family beach trip!

We were extremely pleased with this property! It was well maintained and had a spectacular view of the ocean. It was in a great location as well. My only suggestion would be better lighting in the bathrooms, but overall a fantastic experience!!!
