The living area opens onto a generous sized balcony overlooking historic 5th Avenue. With fun and comfortable seating, this is a great space to enjoy the ocean breeze over afternoon cocktails or morning coffee.

For your convenience and enjoyment, the main floor also has a half bathroom and laundry machine.

Move up to the second story where you will find the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, large closet, wall mounted TV and full ensuite bathroom.
