Updated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located just a block from the beach and 2 blocks from Avalon’s recreational fields, playground and tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts. A covered first floor front deck with a private seating area is perfect for morning coffee and evening quiet time. There is also an expansive private heated pool area with lovely landscaping. The first floor has two bedrooms - one room has 2 single beds and the other has a full size bed and a single. This bedroom also has access to an updated jack and jill hall bathroom. A laundry room provides a washer, dryer, utility sink, and access to the outside. Completing the first floor is a roomy family room with a HDTV that opens to the pool area. A large wrap around deck extends the expansive second floor living area. The living room has a HDTV. The kitchen is large and has an island that adds seating for 4. The dining room has a table with chairs and 2 benches that provide seating for 8. Relax in the deck’s rocking chairs or dine at the outdoor table with seating for 6 with a nice view of the beach path. There are two bedrooms on this floor. One has a queen bed and access to another jack and jill hall bath. The master suite features a king size bed and a private bathroom with a double sink, tub, and a shower.
