"Life Is Swell" Duplex - Walking Distance To Beach & Downtown!

Nice 4 bed/ 2 bath bottom floor duplex (sleeps 8) in the middle of everything in Stone Harbor. Literally, you can park your car and leave it for your whole stay and walk everywhere. Two blocks to the beach, block and a half to downtown shopping & restaurants, across the street to school and park, 1 block from library and yoga studio. Remodeled kitchen, bathrooms and mudroom are practically brand new. Kitchen is gorgeous and dining table holds 8 people. Nice deep bath tub in one bathroom. Our new laundry/mud room will help you keep organized and clean. Our front porch overlooking 94th street and school is a shaded oasis with curtains, comfortable outdoor furniture and dining area. Our large rear yard deck surrounded by a beautiful garden has outside shower, gas grill & plenty of space for all to enjoy. Have fun with outdoor swing, hammock, and biminy game (hook game).

We are happy to share our fun things - we have plenty of beach toys and boogie boards, games, toys, DVD's, CD's, books, etc. Take advantage of Stone Harbor's weekly family events and activities that are all walking distance: Monday family night at the firehouse, Wednesday movie night on the school yard, Thursday tours at the firehouse, and Sunday morning farmer's market. For adults, there's plenty of wonderful restaurants, bars, and great workout classes. Stone Harbor Rec Center also offers tons of programs for kids and adults.

The property was exactly what we needed for our stay. The location is ideal. The house is very well appointed and comfortable for families with all ages. Communicating with the host was breeze, and we will definitely book this property again when returning to Stone Harbor!

We loved this property. The house was clean, bright and spacious for four adults. It had everything we needed plus more. The kitchen was well stocked and organized. Loved both the front porch and backyard to relax with coffee and a good book, or chill after a day at the beach. The location couldnā€™t be better. We look forward to renting again

Great spot for little kids!

We had two toddlers and baby and it worked well that both couples had their own room and then the kids had plenty of space too. Loved that werenā€™t stairs to worry about and plenty of space to hang. Great location and very nice owner and neighbor!

The Great Escape

This property was perfect for my escape to Stone Harbor while my house back in Philly was being remediated. It was clean, neat and comfortable. Loved sitting out on the porch when I wasn't at the beach two blocks away. Everything you could possibly want is a very short walk away but the house is on a very quiet street so you can have the best of both worlds! Would definitely stay here again!!

A great time at Life is Swell

We had a great time at the house. It was clean and stocked with everything you could need for your visit. The kitchen has literally anything you could need, there are games and books, beach chairs, an umbrella and a cart. The location could not be better! We barely used our car while we were there. The back patio and outdoor shower is lovely and the front porch was nice extra space with tons of seating and a table for meals. The layout of the place is great with 2 bedrooms on either side of the house and a nice size living room in the middle for TV watching and hanging out. The mudroom is also super convenient and spacious. Thanks for a great visit.

Location, Location, Location

My family stayed which consists of 3 couples and a 6 month old. This property has everything you need and spacious enough for all of us including all the stuff a 6 month old requires. We never moved our cars except for one day we drove to the OC boardwalk. You can walk to everything. The beach is a short and pleasant walk. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it.

ideal spot for a family vacation on the Jersey Shore

Excellent proximity to the beach, very comfortable and well-configured living space, and outstanding outdoor space (front porch and back deck/ garden/ outdoor shower) make this an excellent setup for a family to enjoy time together at the beach. Location is central to everything. Kitchen is well equipped and pleasant to cook in. Marilyn (upstairs neighbor) is available and very helpful with any incidentals. One note to clarify the parking situation: two cars can fit in the driveway, but there are no restrictions on on-street parking, so you should have no trouble finding spots for additional vehicles. We parked our third car right outside on the street and didn't touch it all week.

Amazing beach house

Property was very clean and just as described in posting. Near to all shops and 2 blocks walk to the beach. Front porch was used for every meal at the house and perfect for a cocktail after the beach. Perfect house for a family beach getaway. Highly recommend.
