From both the living room with TV and dining room where you can walk out on the large deck with wonderful furniture and gas grill. The kitchen is well stocked and also has the great views. Garage access is on this level, along with a laundry room and half bath. The extra large master bedroom has a king bed, direct access to the deck and a custom bathroom with 2 sinks and walk in shower.

Downstairs you will find 1 king, 1 queen and a small foyer room that leads to the hot tub. These 3 rooms share a full bathroom with twin sinks. Down the hall, you will find the fun game room with large TV and couch. There is a full bathroom for this area of the home.

You'll enjoy the morning sunrises and evening sunsets from this home and plenty of areas for long walks. This home is on a quiet cul de sac with only 3 homes.

All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

This is a pet friendly home. Dogs only, 2 max. The pet fee is $75 per pet, as well as an additional $100 refundable security deposit per pet.

Please note there is a $50 cancellation fee that applies to all cancellations made after booking.
