It features real wooden floor all over its surface and extends over 3 floors offering: a lush garden, a pleasant living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a beautiful solid wood table to accommodate everyone in the center of the room, an adjoining dining area in the covered terrace overlooking the swimming-pool, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. It may accommodate up to 8 persons. The child-friendly holiday home's amenities also include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a baby cot, a children's bed and a highchair. Just 3 minutes walking and you are directly at the beach of Calo de Sant Antoni and the Nautical Club. In front of the house n.23 bus takes directly to downtown Palma, some 35 minutes drive.
According to local laws, a visitor tax is due at check in time in cash, it is €2/daily/adult above 16 years.
Air Conditioned is provided only in the bedrooms. The price of your staying in winter and summer season includes the usage of 450 KW/week, every extra KW is charged €0,30 to be discounted from your deposit or paid by cash/bank transfer.
We provide a huge safe in the master room, to make you feel more comfortable when you are not at home


Dear Guest, I am very eager to welcome you soon :-) In the meantime I need to remind you that this property is immersed in a super quiet residential area and no loud music, parties, general disorder is allowed and is strictly forbidden. I really wish you a super nice holiday, but trying to safeguard the quietness of the place :-) In the event of any infringement, the damage deposit will be retained to compensate the problems caused.
