Great Location

We enjoyed our stay! Beach during the day, rooftop BBQ in the evening. House had everything we needed, and sleeping arrangement was perfect for our group.

Great place

This was a great house to stay in. Beautiful inside and had everything we needed and more. Host was awesome, very responsive and gave us an earlier check in time. Highly recommend.

Lovely property in a wonderfully quiet friendly neighborhood. Fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Property management available at any time if needed. We all enjoyed all the extras this house has to offer.

Holiday Getaway with Friends

This property was perfect for our group of 3 families! The kitchen was well stocked, the entire property was very clean, the ping-pong table was a hit with all age groups, and the beds were very comfortable. We look forward to staying here again during our next visit! Places visited - SLO, Pismo, Solvang

Nice location and house

Location was great, couple minutes walk to the beach, walkable distance to trails and restaurants. Kitchen was great, master bedroom was nice and spacious. Having the roof top was also very nice. Hosts were very communicative as well.

Lovely beach home

We had the best time ever! Kelle is amazing with communication! The home is beautiful, comfortable and roomy with all the kitchen essentials and walking distance to the beach! I highly recommend staying here!!

Pismo vacay

The house was everything we expected and more. Fully stocked and comfortable. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and upper deck. A quick drive to Pismo and down the street from the beach. If you love ATVs, or driving on the beach, this location is perfect. Teens and adults alike had a great time.

Beach getaway

Our whole family, 8 adults and 6 children aged 5 - 1 rented this house for a family beach weekend. This is the 2nd time we rented this place, which should speak for itself. The only negative is that the beach which is literally a few steps from the front door is not ideal for younger children. There is heavy to medium traffic on the beach and its stressful with young kids.

Great Beach House

This is a well cared for home with good beds, adequate linens and well stocked kitchen, perfect for a Thanksgiving family stay. House is close to beach with good access to walking paths, parks, and shopping downtown GB or Pismo. Amy is available for any assistance if needed, but did not require any. I was ready to take the trash out for garbage day, but she beat me to it…..great anticipation. Would highly recommend.

A place for serenity

Nice home. We've been to many VRBO homes all over the US. I'd have to give the owners an A+ for their kitchen. The assortment of spices, the quality of the cutlery and cookware to use was the best my family has see; Kudos. They have a wonderful rooftop area for BBQs. Unfortunately the winds picked up 15-19 MPH making a rooftop BBQ daunting. Nonetheless a very good home.

Would love to book again!

Incredible home and super super close to the beach! Our group of 6 adults and 6 kids ages 4-9 loved it there - it made a semi-rainy weekend perfect with the proximity to the beach and plenty of parking for three minivans/SUVs. Towels and bedsheets were very soft; everything was clean; we had laundry detergent and plenty of soap, paper towels, all all other supplies provided in the house. TV and Wi Fi worked perfectly; prompt and clear communication from Kelle. We all enjoyed it so much - thank you to Kelle for an amazing long weekend!

Great place for our family reunion!

We loved staying at this home in Oceano! There is plenty of space for everyone. We had 10 in our family, meeting from all over California for a New Year's/holiday reunion. The rooftop deck is awesome. Spacious and clean. The location was great: super close to the beach where we watched the sunset almost every night. And every morning we walked to Deltina Coffee, explored several fun Oceano stops (the historic railroad museum and The Place on PCH are both great places to explore). We also walked to Old Juan's Cantina for Mexican food - delicious! The property managers were amazing - super helpful and communicative. Highly recommend this home for other travelers!

Highly recommend

We rented this to celebrate my dad's 81st birthday. The home allowed all of my family to stay together while giving us plenty of space. The home is tastefully decorated and we were all enamored with the Taft JC table/drum case. We weren't able to take advantage of the roof top deck as much as we hoped due to weather, but it's a great view and we got one good fire pit night!Great communication with the property manager when one issue arose. Easy check in and out process. Thorough information about the house was provided. Highly recommend. weather

A pleasant stay

The house was very true to the pictures, beautiful and very well maintained. It was stocked very good and the rooftop deck was a bonus. Kelle was super responsive in all the questions I had. We had a great stay overall. The only part I missed during my research is that the beach which is walking 2 mins from this house, is the motorable part of Pismo beach. With 5-8 year olds in our group, we decided not to setup camp there. The kids did play on the dunes part of this beach which was super fun for them. We then camped on Grover beach which was only a 4 min drive away, so still a great location.

Family get away

Our annual get away at the beach met our expectations at this comfortable property. We took our grown children, their spouses, and our 5 young grandchildren ages 6 to 12 years old. This kids played at the beach and in the ocean from sun up to sunset with some evenings having a hard time staying awake through dinner due to fun exhaustion. The sleeping arrangements were perfect. The 4 grandsons didn't ever want to leave the bunkbed room with a TV when it was time to go home. The kids and their spouses said the 2 other bedrooms downstairs were comfortable. The main reason I picked this house was because it had a gas BBQ, which ended up being our only complaint. The side burner worked fine, but the BBQ its self is not worth even trying to use. We only planned to cook burgers one night for dinner and the burners were so bad that the meal was almost ruined, we were so glad we didn't plan our meals around the BBQ because the burners were burned out and as a result there is no way to control the heat. My husband is a seasoned BBQ entusiast and found the this situation very frustrating. All the kids both grown and small enjoyed the ping-pong table, corn hole, beach toys, air hockey, and having an outside shower with warm water. It was nice having a house close to the beach so if we needed something or needed to use the bathroom, we could just walk back to the house in about 10 minutes. We were glad that vehicles weren't zooming up and down the beach and not sure it would have been as pleasant had there been traffic on the beach. The thank you note from our 9 year old grandson said, "this was the best vacation ever!" We are hoping to return next year. All interaction with property managers was great!

The home is beautiful and is fully stocked-from the kitchen, to the bathrooms, to the garage. The rooftop is a nice place to hang out as well for enjoying the BBQ and fire table to taking in the views and nature sounds.
