Come and enjoy our Oceanfront Beach House.

This nautically themed home is fully furnished, well equipped and ready for you.  Please contact us for more details at oceanfrontstays.

Our Home: As you enter the door/main floor of our home You will find directly to your right four steps leading you to our living room, dining and kitchen area, along with patio access.

Bedrooms/Laundry/Bathrooms: Going back down those same steps and down the hall to your left we have a laundry room, and a full tub and shower bathroom. Directly across, and to your right are two bedrooms, one is a twin bedroom with two twin beds, and the other is our full bedroom with one full size bed At the end of the hall is our master bedroom with a king-size bed and a second full tub and shower bathroom.

Studio: Above the garage, and up a flight of stairs we have a studio that will graciously accommodate four more guests. This room has a queen bed and two twin beds, along with a dining table, and fridge. This separate space comes complete with another kitchen and full bathroom.

Household Items Provided: A fully stocked home and kitchen with all the amenities we think are essential to our guests. Fresh linens, bedding, towels, paper towels, toilet tissue, soaps, cookware, kitchen essentials, coffee filters, drip coffee maker, a Keurig, a PAN IN THE GARAGE ABOVE THE WASHER with items to be used when barbecuing. (Please Note, due to new restrictions we can no longer leave any condiments.) Additional items provided & included for indoor use: A small card table with chairs (located in the entry closet) and a large folding table with chairs (located in the master bedroom closet.) Please Return All folding table and chairs to where they belong.

Outdoor Items Provided: A Briquette Barbecue, a Fire Ring, a large bucket of sand toys, a large picnic table, blue patio chairs.. These items are provided for your outdoor enjoyment.

PERSONAL ITEMS YOU SHOULD BRING: SUNSCREEN, A JACKET/SWEATSHIRT, BLANKETS FOR OUTDOOR USE, SHAMPOO, BEACH TOWELS, FOLDING BEACH CHAIRS FOR THE SAND, BRIQUETTES & FIREWOOD.

PARKING: This home has carport and driveway parking only. The garage is not available for parking. Three vehicles total are allowed at this home. One in carport, and two in the driveway.

Please Note: This beach does allow vehicles to drive near the waters edge, and that is about the length of a football field, (cars are not allowed to drive up by the homes.)

Amazing time with family. We were a family of 5 and celebrated a birthday week. It was very quiet, no neighbors around and felt like we were the only ones on the beach. Private and peaceful. Although there are sand dunes which block the view of the ocean (you have to walk up to see the shoreline) it was for the better as it also block the wind and allowed us to bbq and enjoy dinner on the deck. We forgot firewood and were able to Uber eats some firelogs from the nearby Vons. Overall it was a great experience and we will plan to visit again next year.

We had a good time. The house is beautiful. We loved the recliner sofa. We did have trouble figuring out which light switch did what and the dining room fan was toggled off, but we luckily had someone tall enough to pull the chain to turn it on. Labels on switches and longer chains might be helpful. We had some trouble figuring out the dishwasher controls and how to use some of the appliances. A instruction binder might be handy with instructions and expected locations of appliances along with restaurant recommendations. None of us noticed the furnace until we were cleaning up to leave but luckily, we didn’t need it. You should know that the linoleum in the loft kitchen area is curling up in one spot. The girls also said to mention it would be nice if the table was large enough for ten people since you advertise for up to ten, but we managed by temporarily turning it and adding the card table. We put it all back, don’t worry. We weren’t aware of the split level which caused a couple of the group some issues. One fell but landed on her good hip and was unhurt, thank goodness!The first batch of towels are folded in the laundry room. The second batch are in the dryer as instructed. Floors are swept, counters and table wiped, trash is out, recycling sorted into the bin, dishwasher was washing the last of the dishes as we left at 11:00am. The deck furniture wasn’t clean when we arrived. We dusted it off to use it.Thank you!

Great place. Very roomy. You don’t feel stacked on top each other. The deck is a great spot even though you can’t really see the beach. The dune keeps the noise from the cars out but you’re still close enough to walk out there in just a minute. Everything was well organized. Floorboard on the first step to living room is wobbly.

This place was great! While it has some wear and tear due to being close to the beach, the location is fantastic and it has plenty of beds for all 8 of our group. It it located literally on the beach. This is the only beach where cars can drive on, but we were still able to place our towels in between some cars and enjoy the beach.The owners had high standards in terms of rules but they weren't as daunting as they seem.I recommend this place if you want to be right on the beach with a very large group.

A beautiful oceanfront home with all of the amenities needed to make a comfortable feel at home vacation. The host was accommodating, and caring and provided clear check-in and check out instructions. The home was very clean and it was exactly as described in the description. We will be back to visit again!

Perfect family place

We rented this for our daughter’s graduation from Cal Poly. It was perfectly appointed and had literally everything we could possible need. It was wonderful.

Want to feel loved?

When you walk into this home, just know the pictures do not do it justice. This home is so well up-kept and you can literally feel peace and love when you walk through the door. We kept my adult daughter, her best friend, and my grandson in the upstairs apartment and my husband, myself and my best friend stayed in the main home. We enjoyed the salty air and sand in our toes on the back porch. We had an issue with the neighbor but Tammy took care of it immediately! Tammy is quick to respond to texts and will answer your call by the second ring. Tammy really did seem like an angel on earth and I am so glad she was our host. I could not have asked for anything greater or more. Everything was perfect!!!

The perfect view

This property was exactly as described, if not better! The back patio deck was perfect, large with no obstructing views. Our family spent more time visiting on the back deck enjoying the ocean view.

Amazingly clean, nicely decorated, beachfront property

We are a group of 10. Youngest is age 4 oldest is 70 plus years old. The house is very nicely decorated. Very clean and furniture is updated. Loved the amenities---huge bucket of sand toys, fire pit ring, hibachi grill, and everything you need to cook your meals with is there. There is a separate unit away from the main house which is nice for the early sleepers like my elderly mom and school aged kids if they want to go to bed way earlier than the teenagers and the husnands who were up till wee hours playing board games. If you walk down strand way (the street), you will see this property is the nicest one.

Fantastic Stay in Oceano

We had a fantastic time! Location was perfect. It was very nice having the sand dunes be our backyard, and being steps away from the ocean. The neighborhood was quiet, which added to our relaxing vacation. House and amenities were exactly as listed. The owner was very easy to work with. Can't wait to stay here again!

Fantastic stay!

We celebrated our son’s college graduation at the Oceano beach house. We had 9 people in our party and found this house extremely comfortable, spacious, clean, and enjoyed the lovely views from the deck. Tammy was extremely easy to communicate with and super generous and kind with some of our requests. I only wish that we had several extra days after the graduation to just enjoy the house. We will return again. Thank you again, Tammy!

Perfect Beach Home Getaway

The property had amazing views and backyard access to the beach. We all enjoyed the activities they had to offer near by. All within walking distance. Mornings we started with a nice cup of brew in the patio area in the backyard. And nights were filled with a great time and conversations around the fire pit.

Stay was with Contractor Friends 19th annual guy trip

Property location as listed was awesome, some review's I read said it needed updated carpet and paint. My friends are builders and contractors. They were very disappointed in the carpet and paint. The tile on the entry steps that is cracked and the front door wall at the entry steps have a large gap. The kitchen was as listed all nice dishes and all labeled. The kitchen bay window left lower corner has a pile of dirt and looks like it needs the potted plant moved to do a good clean. It is a older home like many on the street and we have stayed at 6 homes on the same street, this one by far needs some TLC for the price charged. I still have not received my damage deposit. I will contact the property manager and see what is going on with that.

Beautiful and memorable!

We celebrated my mom’s 75th birthday and it was great! My siblings and I wanted to give our mom a quiet and peaceful place to celebrate on the beach, since that’s her favorite place to be. The home was as described and had everything we needed to make it a memorable weekend. Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of space to relax and enjoy being with family. We look forward to another visit next summer!

Girls Trip

This was 2nd visit to this house for a girls trip( a return trip that says something) The location and the amount of beds and baths are what you are paying for. For the group I was with this house was fantastic. The 4 stars on the cleaning is because 2 of the gals walked barefoot in the house the 1st night we were there and the bottoms of their feet were filthy ( neither had gone out on the deck that day) Again you can not beat the location of this house. The view is great

Comfortable home on the beach

This was a great vacation rental that suited our multi-generation family of 4 couples for grad weekend very well. It was a nice distance away from campus to be able to get away from SLO and enjoy our time together during the hectic weekend.

We absolutely loved the property and the location. The accommodations were beyond what we expected. The only slight issue we had was the direct communication with the owner about the check in process. We asked for details regarding check in that were not found on the listing but did not get any further details. The owner seemed to become frustrated and offered a full refund just days before our check in date. This caused unnecessary stress and panic on our end. In the end everything worked out and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location and property

Our family of 10 had a great time staying at this property at oceano. The hosts were great, everything was as per the listing, comfortable, well equipped house. The location is unbeatable. Strongly Recommend for a great family time.

Beautiful beach!

The house was great, it was big enough to sleep 10 comfortably and the apartment above was spacious and quiet. Very well stocked and clean. They let us check in early which was a wonderful bonus. Oceano dunes is a very unique place to stay. The dunes keeps the beach in front of the properties private and protected from the wind, but then the car beach stays busy. If you have a 4x4 it’s a neat experience.
