This property is excellent for a small family or a couple like us who just want to get away and bring the dogs. This unit was spotless when we checked in and is a short walk to the beach. Great experience

We had a wonderful time! The house was nice, looks exactly like the pictures, and was pretty clean. The subdivision had easy access to the beach, a solid shuttle service, and was generally a very peaceful place to visit. We'll definitely be coming back next year.

We had lots of space for just 3 of us. Our daughters bed was the most comfortable place to lay. Iā€™m 24 weeks pregnant so the couches and master room bed werenā€™t the most comfy for me. We had plenty of towels. I did have to rewash dishes because a residue was left by the dishwasher tablets. We had to buy laundry detergent and bought more toilet paper on day 4.

Location, location, location, this property has it. Maybe the most conveniently located of any place we've stayed. The neighborhood is very quiet and doesn't feel like it is crowed with vacationers. Lower rating on communication - we never received check-in information (I called before leaving to receive), wrong gate code included and no beach gate code included.. Only three old face cloths provided is only a slight complaint so we bought more. The property was very clean and no bugs spotted. Would definitely recommend this property.

An overall great stay at this house!

We had a little hiccups in the beginning, however I could not have asked for better management to deal with. They were responsive and the problem with dealt with immediately. We had a great time and the property was nice! The location is just a bit of a walk, but worth it, maybe 8 minutes. Thank you for our stay at your property!

The house was just as pictured in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the beach. We did have to message the manager to get the check in information after our check in time. They also didnā€™t see a couple of other messages that we sent through the app. Kitchen very nice but minimally stocked. Bring your own trash bags and hot pads, if you plan to use the oven. This was our first VRBO, so maybe thatā€™s to be expected. Beds were not comfortable, which was disappointing. Overall, very nice house.

Great getaway

We went for a Labor Day getaway and were not disappointed. The house appeared recently renovated with nice granite countertops, new cabinets and an overall fresh look. Everything was clean and in the evenings it was quiet and enjoyable to sit outside.
