York City Centre Luxurious Apartment with FREE ONSITE PARKING!

This luxurious apartment, is run personally by Melanie and David from York Stay Holidays and welcomes visitors from around the world. It has been renovated to the highest standards and tastefully decorated throughout. It is bright and airy and set in a quiet location with lovely views of the gardens which are available for guests to use. The apartment is on the first-floor (no lift) with a well kitted kitchen and lounge area, bathroom with bath and shower, bedroom with UK king-sized bed and good WIFI throughout. It also has free onsite gated parking which is a rarity in York. The apartment is suitable for couples (and an additional guest - please ask about our sofa bed) or solo travellers and is in a very safe part of the City.

The apartment is located just a 2-minute walk from Goodramgate and Monkbar (which is one of the main entrances into the City) and about 5-minutes from York Minster and the famous Shambles and yet set in a quiet location. The nearest Airport in Leeds Bradford and it is a 5 minute taxi ride or 20 minute walk from York Station.

There are a number of supermarkets within a short walking distance (5-10 minutes) of the apartment including a large Morrisons and Waitrose and a smaller ASDA and Tescos Express.

Self check-in via a key safe to allow arrival time flexibility.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home. There is a a built-in washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and plus there is a Nespresso coffee machine and pods and milk frothier. We supply tea, coffee, coffee pods, sugar and biscuits.

LOUNGE/DINER
In the lounge there are comfortable dining chairs, tub chair with foot stall and an extremely comfortable sofa bed. (If you would like to use the sofa bed for an extra guest, please ask, there is an additional £15 a night and we will supply bedding and towels). The smart tv has catch up tv available and there is a blue tooth speaker which allows you to play music from your phone.

BEDROOM
There is a luxurious UK king-size bed with crisp Egyptian cotton bedding and soft white towels are also provided. There are USB charger sockets in the bedroom to charge phones and tablets without needing a plug. There is also a hairdryer and water bottles provided.

BATHROOM
The bathroom has a good-sized bath with an electric overhead shower, there is a heated towel rail and external window.

OTHER INFORMATION

There is high-speed free WIFI throughout the apartment.

This apartment is suitable for short and long stays.

The owners have extensive knowledge of York and the surrounding areas and ensure that guests have up-to-date tourist information sent in advance of their trip.
