Built in 2016 and professionally decorated (with beautiful artwork done by the owner herself), this home brings both style and comfort to your next family Disney trip or golf getaway to ChampionsGate. With a private pool and a spillover spa, you’ll have your very own spot to soak in the ever-present Florida sunshine. You'll also be treated to a game room with Ping-Pong and pool, five spacious bedrooms (including a Nemo-themed room for the kids), and access to the incredible resort amenities at the Oasis Club a short walk away.

This home provides nearby access to all the entertainment and adventure you could ask for. You'll be half a mile south of the Oasis Club at ChampionsGate, which features a lazy river, a two-story water slide, a pool, a state-of-the-art gym, tennis and volleyball courts, a theater, and so much more. Tee off at the nearby golf course, or take a quick drive to reach some of the most beloved attractions in Orlando. Disney World awaits just 12 miles northeast, the many shops and restaurants of Disney Springs are 15 miles northeast, and Universal Studios and the Wizarding World of Harry Potter are seven miles beyond.

1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
