This was a beautiful house and was perfect for our multi-generational family vacation. It gave everyone the space they needed, yet we were still all together under one roof. The proximity to Disney was great too.

The house with an incredible themed decor was just amazing. We had plenty of space and lots of activities for children to be entertained. Easy access and the rules were clear and concise. The location was centrally located to meet all our scheduled plans. We would definitely stay here again!!

Our host, JanaLynn was very welcoming and prompt to respond to any question or comment that arose during our stay. Everything was clean, organized, and exactly as presented in the photos. A very well-done family house with surprises at every turn! The kids loved the different themed rooms and outdoor spaces. We had 12 people in our group, and there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out! Highly recommended!!

So much attention to detail, so many added touches from the decor to the costumes and toys. The whole house is very organized and well thought out. We really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommended.

This was a wonderful family vacation house! The house was clean and comfortable with lots of space for all 13 of us (ages 4-64) . The children loved the toys, costumes, the theater room and especially the pool. It is also a close drive to the parks, we were never in the car more than 20 minutes. Which was wonderful at the end of a long day in the parks. The neighborhood is quiet, safe - just as described.

This past week was like a page out of a Disney book (The Happily Ever After kind) We are a family of 11, and this was the most well organized, Thought out rental I’ve had the pleasure of renting. The Theater room was a huge hit with the boys, especially all the costumes which EVERYONE ENJOYED! My favorite memory would have to be, when my daughter got up out HER princesse room and dragged her father in to pick out HIS dress and tiara!!! Core memory’s were definitely made and the custom creativity was amazing to experience throughout each themed room. We even extended our stay an extra day because we were dreading having to leave… and don’t get me started on what a comfortable nights rest it was to sleep on those mattresses. The whole home was AMAZING, regardless of the weather there was plenty to entertain! I can’t wait for next year’s Singh’s Vacation! I might not even book a theme park this time and just enjoy your amazing creativity in this home with the kids and hit up a few fun spots throughout our stay. You’re a blessing and your Property manager was very kind, professional and so helpful, He even took the bins to the road the designated days for bin pickup, in case we forgot. He was just quicker than me lol. Thank you again Sincerely The Singh’s

Excellent themed property close to Disney

Property was beautiful, with all the amenities of home plus exciting themed decoration and props. Wish we had more time to spend at house to truly enjoy all that was there. Excellent communication from property owner with very quick response time. Very close and convenient to parks, shopping and dining. Would definitely stay again on our next trip to Disney/Universal. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Disney Home!

This VRBO home was absolutely perfect for our family vacation to Disney World. It is centrally located to all parks with drives less than 15 minutes to the theme park parking. We especially enjoyed the abundance of costumes and decorations offered in each of the themed rooms. There was plenty of room for us to rest and relax after long days at the parks. The pool and spa was very clean and spacious. Highly recommend.

Great stay for our family!

The house was extra special for my two toddlers. The princess room kept them busy having fun and the heated pool made it so we could go swimming even with it being a little chilly, which the kids loved. It was also a super convenient location for us to go to Disney and ICE at Gaylord Palms, plus food and shopping was close by.

Would love to come back!

The property location and amenities were fantastic for our extended family to stay. The decor was incredible, kids had so much fun with the costumes, and we really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was. There are ample dishes, serving wear, and extra things like an electric skillet and waffle makers! It felt like a home and not a rental, highly recommend. Host was very reachable and helpful.

Wonderful house, amazing holiday

We loved the house, it was themed throughout and the children immediately were entranced, which was perfect at the end of a long journey. We had a disabled member of the group, and the layout of the ground floor was very easy for her to move around, the theatre room being on the ground floor meant she could easily access this with the rest of her family. Jana Lynn had thought of everything we could have needed, and this was much appreciated. The situation of the villa, in a quiet cut de sac, was ideal- it was always peaceful, local people were friendly and although we were arriving just after hurricane Milton had stormed through, everything was being tidied up quickly and with no disruption. We enjoyed Halloween night within the neighbourhood, had lots of interaction with local residents and that was lovely. We ended up not going to the parks as much as we thought we would, the house gave us everything we needed. One of our children turned three years old while there, we had a lovely family day involving lots of dressing up, and she fell in love with a little mermaid costume which we can't find to buy anywhere, but we will keep looking ! Our last day was a bit frantic as we had our flight cancelled just as we were leaving the villa, so I hope that we managed to return everything to its proper place, in retrospect we should have taken lots of photos when we arrived so we could make sure everything was back where it belonged! So much fun!

The house is themed with so many fun details! It was a great fit for a large party extended stay. It was a convenient location to Disney and easy to Uber to and from. The owner has labeled directions and has a binder for things regarding the house which I thought was a great touch. The house could use a few updates, but overall we all thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

I'm JanaLynn, and my husband Brad Young and I are 28 years married and 13+ years vacation rental business partners! We live in Utah and have four children, two of whom we had the privilege of adopting.  In 2012, we purchased this property, remodeled, and began our rental business. Two years later, we bought the “Frozen in Florida” villa.  Both were simple, boring homes we created and designed. 

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who also practices play therapy with children, I felt inspired to create these homes to strengthen multi-generational family relationships through play! When you book your vacation, your correspondence from start to end of stay, is with me or our local property manager.  Brad is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Tax Director, who moonlights as our financial EVERYTHING for the villas. 

Our rental homes are part of the “Happiest Place on Earth” vacation experience, and we think Walt Disney himself, would be proud. We are excited to share the magical experience of staying “Happily Ever After” at our luxuriously themed properties with your family, knowing you will cherish the special memories you make together, forever!

1. You can't get a villa any closer to Disney. So nice to come home mid-day and refresh the family for a night of fireworks and more attractions! Time [stuck-in-traffic] is money, and this location is PERFECT!!!
2. We love the vaulting, tall ceilings, and openness between kitchen, great family room and dining areas, allowing large groups to be together...
3. So many master bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. This is a must for adults!
4. The pool is large with a spa, and gets great sun year round. Many villa pools are pitifully small or shaded. And, the pool has direct bathroom access! Crazy, but there are actually very few villas that have this feature, which we find an essential for children (adults love it, too).
5. Every room is themed, including the kitchen, theater, and Princess flower garden! With toys and dress-ups, we've outdone even the Disney Resorts...come see for yourself!

If you've stayed in other vacation rental homes, you'll surely find this to be your best experience EVER!!! WE HAVE ALL THE FIVE STAR REVIEWS TO PROVE IT!

In addition to the fun of a private spa and pool, the villa is outfitted with all the comforts of home grown-ups are used to--ensuite bathrooms, a well-stocked kitchen with lot of small appliances and cookware, new, clean furnishings and linens; yet 'Happily Ever After' also has more kids' toys, dress-ups, movies and games than children can imagine!
