Greatest 2026 vacation!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place were stunning, therefore seaweed were all over the place, management took us to another property in same bay, and our vacatuons were super! I would back next year? No doubt about it

Perfect view

Great little boutique condo on Half Moon Bay. Snorkeling right off the beach is amazing. Place kept up well.

Peaceful week!

The place was great. Excellent views and very quiet part of Half Moon Bay. Great snorkeling right out front and in Yalku. Would recommend it for anyone looking to get away from the crowds and enjoy a quiet place on the water.

Heavenly

The La Iguana condo was exactly as described. Gorgeous ocean views, snorkeling right off the property, walking distance to a few restaurants and Yal Ku. Staff (housekeeping and groundskeeping) were friendly. Can't wait to go back.

Great getaway in Akumal!

This was my best rental experience I have ever had. Great location for relaxing. Cleaning services daily and had everything we needed for our stay. I do recommend renting a golf cart as it is a bit of a walk to the main market area. I had a great experience at La Iguana and would gladly stay here again.

Beautiful location.

Everything was wonderful. Hector, Lelia & rest of staff were great. Quiet. Electrical outlets & lights seem like they need a check. No tv no problem. WiFi only works at night, so what you’re on vacation.

Lovely

We absolutely loved our condo! The only thing I would say was tricky is the step in the bathroom! Both my spouse and I have to get up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and a couple of times, we almost tripped... Thank you so much for providing such a lovely place to stay. We hope to return soon!

AKUMAL view was beautiful.

The view of the ocean was unbelievable from this unit. The unit was clean decorated beautifully. Enjoyed sunny by the water but it is very shallow water. Make sure to have water shoes if you are getting in the water. Condo location is in a gated area and very safe. Walking distance (at least one mile maybe more) to town. Wish I had rented a golf cart for the week. Manager, Leticia, was very helpful and informative about the areas and places to visit in the area. The views at the top floor of the condo were great for wine and sunsets.

Comfy spot for 2 with a fabulous view from this 3rd story perch!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great spot for snorkeling right out the door or close by in a lagoon! Wonderful time! Description is all accurate except to note this unit is up 2 flights of stairs- but contact person, Leticia, followed us to the unit to carry our bags (we are in our late 70's)- a real sweetie and right there every time we called. Plenty of cross ventilation, didn't need air even on a couple of muggy nights. Thought we would miss a balcony, but the unit feels so open & airy it is like being outside (and we stayed drier during the wind/showers!) The Kitchen could use a knife sharpener, but otherwise fine for simple meal prep. Maybe a few more hooks to hang bath, beach towels, etc. Would gladly rent this unit again!

Relaxing Stay

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it! The unit has everything you need to cook meals, is very clean, and has incredible views. We loved the location because of the amazing snorkelling just out front and also because it’s only a short bike ride (longer walk) to some great restaurant options!
