Enjoy the ambience of this beachfront condo located in South Akumal!

Located just two and half miles south of Akumal proper, South Akumal is a quiet gated community with lovely soft sand beach. Here you will find a handful of private villas and one small condominium property, Seven Seas. Seven Seas is an excellent choice for visitors hoping to enjoy the rich natural beauty of the Riviera Maya in lovely well appointed accommodations. The beach here is soft and great for swimming and snorkeling. The large pool on the beach side of the property is great for cooling off. Shade palapas, sea kayaks and great snorkeling make this a perfect place to relax and enjoy the setting.

Seven Seas #4 is a spacious second level two bedroom, two bath condominium that can comfortably accommodate four.

- The master bedroom has a King size bed
- The guest room has a King size bed.
Both rooms have an ocean view. There is also a queen size inflatable air bed available to accommodate a 5th guest. AC in bedrooms only.

There is fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area and large living area. This unit has an easy elegance making it lovely to look at and just as comfortable to spend time in. Off of the living area is the furnished terrace, overlooking the large pool with full view of the beach and sea.

Hidden gem ❤️

Wonderful location, private and easy. Host and staff couldn’t have been more sweet, grounds beautiful and art. Walkable to a couple restaurants, LOVED this rental.

Beautiful location

The condo was beautiful. Miguel the property manager was very kind and helpful with local recommendations. Beautiful grounds, beach and pool. Comfy beds Lovely cleaning lady came daily. We brought many gallons of drinking water only to find out it was supplied when we arrived. Can’t wait to return.

Relaxing beacfront condo

We spent a week here and really enjoyed the location, the views, and the amenities. Having the kayaks was a bonus! The grounds and property are very well maintained. The host provided lots of useful information and help during our stay.

Great experience!

The staff onsite were fantastic! Miguel welcomed us and really set a great precedent for the rest of our trip. The views were beautiful and the grounds well kept. Location is central to many of the surrounding attractions. Our only suggestions would be new mattresses (they were very thin and hard), improve the water pressure in the showers and update furniture in living room and veranda.

Akumal Holiday Stay

We recently spent the holidays at Seven Seas Condos and enjoyed our stay. The highlight was the beachfront access, very secluded and nice as well as the swimming pool (please be aware that water shoes are needed in the ocean, it's not a swimming beach). The apartment itself could definitely use an upgrade. It's clean, but a bit dated and the signs of wear and tear are evident. One of the highlights of this place is the property manager, Miguel who's an absolute delight. Always asking questions and he arranged a full day excursion for us with very short notice.

Great balcony, too. Miguel the property manager is a darling. They even had snorkeling equipment and kayaks! You definitely need a car to get anywhere though. We would stay here again.

Wonderful vacation

This property was clean and the beds were spacious and comfortable. Miguel Escalante was wonderful and made wonderful suggestions about the best tours and places to eat. We enjoyed buying fresh fruit and tortillas in the Puebla of Akumal, and the general store near the beach was also very convenient. Bring your own snorkel equipment if you want to snorkel right off the beach. Equipment is included on tours. Dayse did an amazing job of cleaning our apartment and we found the accommodations perfect for our needs. Make sure you tip those that help make your stay wonderful. We would come back!

Beach right there and easy to access (with water shoes), clean pool, wonderful service. Already planning a return visit. For Seven Seas 4 just two recommendations: More comfortable patio furniture and some updated furnishings. Miguel and his team were the best. Definitely need a car and lots of wonderful restaurants near by.

Miguel was very helpful and checked on us. The only issues is the beds. The 2nd bedroom mattress is very hard/firm. I would suggest replacing mattress or adding a pillowtop cover. The master mattess sunk down and when you rolled over the whole bed moved. Other than the mattresses I would recommend this place to stay.

The only complaint we would have is tipping in general everywhere in Mexico. Prices everywhere have gone up and customers are paying their fare share so pay the staff better wages. Tipping is getting out of hand and people are frustrated. People who own businesses are doing well as tourism is growing so pay your staff a good wage. Stop asking the customer to subsidize their wage. Of course this is everywhere in Mexico.

Great Stay, quiet environment.

Pros: quiet environment, manager is on site and is super helpful and open for question and recommendations anytime (24/7) The beach is not a sandy beach as you see on pics but kind of rocky and lots of coral so, beach shows or sandals are a must! You are about 10 min away from a public beach and some convenience stores. The grounds are super nice and clean, the housekeeping people offered the kids fresh coconuts to drink the coconut water. Playa del Carmen is about an hour North, not a bad drive really and Cancun is I think about 2 hours ( with traffic ) away. Housekeeping lady did our dishes and cleaned every day… Please, be kinda and leave a nice tip. Cons: The place could use a face lift as some of the furniture may seem a little bit old and outdated then again it’s nice and clean and it’s a beach condo so it’s kind of expected. I visited a week after a major hurricane so there was some algee on the beach but that was cleaned - 100% 4 days later. The main entrance to the condo is hard to find, specially at night in the dark and when everyone drives like maniacs and dork use turn signals etc. The place does have a serous water pressure issue on the showers but you’re able to shower ok. Just a very slow shower. I would definitely stay here agai

Great Family Retreat

We had a wonderful time! It was nice to be somewhat removed from all the activity of Turtle Bay, and yet have easy walking access to it. We enjoyed being able to walk right out onto the beach and ocean.

Miguel (the property manager) and his team will ensure that your visit will be relaxing and enjoyable. Little touches that are too-often missing at rental units (ie sharpened knives) won't be a problem. The split-floor plan gives each group its privacy and space. Internet was strong, which mattered for us. The views were spectacular, and it was great having access to nearby attractions like Tulum, Playa del Carmen, or Yal-ku, without having to drive too far. We'd definitely return: thanks Seven Seas Team!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We (wife & I)spent 7 days here in March 2020. Weather mostly good although there was blustery wind on 2 or 3 days. The place has a lovely setting with view of a turquoise lagoon with breakers on the reef out to sea. Great swimming. It was quiet and felt secure. Great walks alone the beach, although Akumal-proper a bit too far to walk. Condo itself could probably do with 'refreshing'. The bed was hard and we both ended up with backache. We like to cook for ourselves and the kitchen equipment was minimal. An electric kettle would have been useful - being English we occasionaly drink tea and (to our shame) instant coffee. No dishwasher or washer-dryer, although the excellent Miguel took a bag of washing to the local launderette for us.Migual the site manager was very welcoming, charming and helpful. Handy for Akumal, Tulum, supermarket at Puerto Aventuras. Overall the location and ambiance made our week a chilled and enjoyable stay. One thing you ought to know - which we might have missed in the prospectus - you mustn't flush the toilet paper. It's bagged and the maid clears it everyday. We were OK, but... well, 'nuff said.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great experience from initial booking with Akumal Direct to actually staying at the Seven Seas Property. The on site manager, Miguel, was professional, charming and very knowledgeable about the Akumal area and suggested cenotes to visit, restaurants and even scheduled our covid rapid tests at the pharmacy for us. We also used the concierge service associated with Akumal Direct for transport to and from the Cancun airport (best decision ever~driving in the Cancun urban areas is not for the weak of heart!). The beach is quiet and secure, although a bit rocky upon first entering the water(water shoes are a must). A rental car is handy, but not necessary. The grounds around the property were beautifilly maintained. Our corner unit was quiet and we especially liked the back entrance from our condo to the outside pool area. We would definitely return.

The on site manager Miguel was wonderful as was the maid Patty. Making new friends and memories was accomplished. Would love to stay here again. Thank you to everyone for making this the perfect vacation.
