No smoking, cigar, or marijuana inside the house, Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and damage liability up to $2,500.
No children between ages 2 to 12
No loud noise, music, etc. A violation could result in removal from the rental home without a refund.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. Violation of this policy will result in a non-refundable $500 fine.
The pool is not heated

The secluded desert environment of this property is home to many types of wildlife and insects. During the summer months, you may encounter a variety of animals and insects throughout the surroundings of the home; we ask you to keep the doors closed so animals do not enter the house.
