This spacious 1st floor unit will accommodate a family of 8 with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom, 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Enjoy the quaint style of this 6 unit building without the crowd of a large property! This updated unit offers everything you need for your stay with a screened-in oceanfront balcony off the living room and master bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, remodeled bathrooms, new LVP flooring throughout, 4 TV's, free Wifi and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

Tradewinds is located in the "family friendly" Windy Hill Section of North Myrtle Beach where you are within minutes of any of your favorite Attractions! This property offers an oceanfront outdoor pool, sundeck, outdoor shower and parking for 2 vehicles. This property does not have an elevator, however this is a 1st floor unit. There are only 6 steps to get to the 1st floor.

Great place with beach access!

We loved how close the place was to the beach, and having the pool as well. The place was clean and everything went well and was so much fun!

Great location, beach access was awesome. Limited units keeps it quiet yet in the middle of everything. The place was very clean, and had everything we needed. Pool was a great feature right outside. 10/10, will stay again.

This is the perfect setting. Quiet and right on the beach. We have gone here several time and will continue to rent out this particular units. The place is well equipped with a wonderful decor

Lovely home in great location

The property is very nice, clean, and updated. Plenty of space and great view. We loved having the screened in porch, and it’s just steps from the pool and beach.

We would love to come back!

We had a beautiful family time in this very nice apartment, very close to the beach. Beds were comfortable, they have toys for the kids to play at the beach and all the things you need to cook at home if needed. I just love the view from the living room and also from the master bedroom.

Excellent spot!

We enjoyed our stay and have made plans to come back. Beds weren’t as comfortable than we would like but it wasn’t enough of a problem to not come back (but maybe update mattress or add pad and add a low profile box spring under king bed)

Family get away

Very nice property, excellent location. Quiet neighborhood and very close to everything. Pretty condo the only complaint would be the doors to the porch are in need of some work to make it a little easier to open however I am sure it’s hard to do this due to the salt air it probably will just destroy in no time .

The pool was very nice as well and we pretty much had it to ourselves most of the stay!! We also liked where we didnt have to get up at 6am to get a spot on the beach because this part of Myrtle is very low key and not crowded at all! Perfect for families with little and big kids as well!!

We like the accessibility to the ocean and the upkeep we have witnessed in new furniture, flooring and appliances. It is clean and convenient to everything needed on HWY 17. It is always a fantastic vacation, and we hope to continue to stay here for years to come. There was a slight issue with the new flooring but the issue was well marked and did not deter from our stay here.

Perfect Beach Location

The location could not be better for access to beach. Condo was a great size and parking was easy for two parking spaces. Beds comfortable. Cooking with a view of the water was wonderful. Condo was not as clean as it should have been. Called management company and they sent someone over with clean sheets for one of the beds and clean some areas. Keep in mind that the exterminator comes in every Tuesday which is good, but we were not made aware that they were coming or would need to come in to spray. A man came in saying maintenance on another day. He said he knocked but my daughter did not hear him. Just let himself in. That was not comfortable.

Ladies on the Beach

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time renting this place. We all were disappointed in cleanses of the rental. The glass table top was left broken on the table. Also broken glass on the floor which we tired to sweep up. But sweeper was dirty and hair left on the roller. We called for someone to check it out and bathrooms were not clean. Also concerned about bedding being changed! We did wash our sheets out of concern for cleanness!!! Found swim suits on porch left ! We ask for someone to come and to do a light clean but the maintenance man came. He did get hair out of drain which help the bath drain better. Nice people sent out though!! Overall stay was lovely!!

Nice Place to Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros:I loved that the condo was right on the beach. So convenient. And the beach is nice white, soft sand.The area is very nice. And the condo is decorated nicely.The Tsunami (surf shop) is within walking distance.Beach chairs and small surf boards were available. I very much appreciated this.You get 2 parking spots.Cons: You have to go to the office to check in; I have never had to do that at other rentals around the country. Typically the rental has given me the code to get in prior to arrival. There was only 1 hour to check in. After that you had to go to a box; so what is the point of going there?Part of the reason we reserved there was the daily $250 in complimentary passes. This is very misleading. It's a max of $250 for one person and the options available are limited. They don't tell you this until after you reserve.The sliding door to the porch is very difficult to open. You have to lift the door up by the handle. You couldn't lift it once outside because the handle was inset. The porch furniture could be upgraded.We were told there were no beach chairs so we bought some only to find there were beach chairs.There was limited communication. We couldn't find the washer and dryer at first. Took a while to figure out they weren't in the condo; they were off of the porch.The window facing the ocean is so low that people at the pool can easily look in. It's about waist high for them.Being on the 1st floor the view is a bit obstructed by the dunes.

A lovely time at the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a lovely, oceanfront, rental that was just what we needed. It was well stocked with cooking supplies,beach accessories like chairs, umbrella and even a couple of filding strollers. The view was spectacular. The condo appeared to be newly remodeled. The check in/out process was very easy. There was a icean corroded door handle to the porch that broke on the last night of our stay and I was unable to reach anyone in the office to report it although several attempts were made. The phone would not go to a message center, but it didn't cause any issues with our relaxing getaway.
