Have an amazing experience when you stay at this bright, modern decorated vacation home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms located at the gated community BellaVida Resort in Kissimmee, Florida!! With an excellent location close to most attractions!

With a capacity of 16+ guests, this house has 4 thoughtfully decorated bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A private pool is available so you can cool off from Florida’s heat by immersing into the refreshing water whenever you need to. Laundry room is a fully included service. Linens and towels are provided, along with a kit of basic house supplies.

On Bella Vida Resort you will also enjoy of Community Pool, Fitness Center, Game Room, Children’s Playground, Basket & Volleyball Courts.

Rides are short to iconic attractions, such as themed parks, shopping centers, restaurants and airport as well.

Nearby attractions includes the unique dinning show at Medieval Times, where you are going to for sure have blast with either family or friends when enjoying this magical entertainment.

Everything was great. Roman was so nice to work with. He responded to us immediately on our questions. The townhome is beautiful and roomy. My grandaughter especially liked the Star Wars bedroom. Only one minor suggestion, supply washcloths and dish cloths

We stayed here to be somewhat close to our grandson‘s volleyball tournaments in Orlando. . Not too far of a drive, nice place. Plenty of room well stocked. Love the pool right out the back door and the large pool at the clubhouse. Kept the little ones active. Would recommend and stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay and would book here again. The location was beautiful and about 30 minutes from everything which was convenient for us.

The property has 4 large bedrooms consisting if 2 twin, a double and a master, 3 toilets, an open plan kitchen/diner/living room, pool and off street parking. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, there is a community pool but we didn't use it. The neighbourhood is quiet and in a good secure location. We visited in August and didn't need to have the pool heated as it was warm enough. There were enough towels to go round, we just ran out of toilet rolls. Recommended place to stay.

The house was beautiful it exceeded my expectations.

Our stay here was incredible we loved the house. This was my parents first trip to Florida and they enjoyed it. We will definitely book with them in the future.

Great place and location

We really enjoyed this town house. The location was great. The owner was excellent and resolved the issue with internet. He stayed on top of the problem till it was resolved. Thankyou Reinaldo. Our only issue was the place could use new pots and pans,as they were greatly used .

Great family home

We had a wonderful experience staying at this home as a multi-generational family. Our kids took full advantage of the private pool. The host was great to communicate with and immediately responded to requests we had. This year we are staying at a different house in the same community and the experience is not nearly as good. Recommend this house and host!

Family Vacation

Everything was very easy and clean. Property Manager provided all information needed for check in and check out. Pictures do not do justice on how beautiful and comfortable the property is. Everyone from security in the front and residents very friendly. I will definitely recommend and will be staying again.

Beautiful home

It was peaceful and quiet. The only issue is that the screen over the pool needs to be repaired and maybe ceiling fans in the bedroom. Otherwise it was perfect

Amazing!

We enjoyed our stay at this property! The manager was very easy to contact and responded very quickly. The house is beautiful. We loved having access to the pool in the yard and within the community. Everyone in the community is very friendly. I will definitely book here again in the future. Thank you!

Good Stay

The House was as listed and as expected, with only 2 minor issues. requested the heated pool. the host stated he did not get my request and approval, it would have been nice to have a follow-up to ensure i wanted the poolRequested early check-in in which was granted; however, the host stated he forgot he had tenants and I was not able to check in until 2 hours lateroverall the stay was pleasant,

Honesty speaks volumes about a person. To clarify, you requested a 2 hours early check-in, which I initially considered but ultimately could not accommodate due to same-day check-outs. Additionally, you requested the pool heater but did not complete the required payment. I hope future hosts find this information helpful.

Could not check in, code given was incorrect, had to go to a hotel for the first night. I called host several times, no answer, he called back the next morning. There could have been a life or death emergency and there was no contact. I'm tired of being misused, won't try this again

We had mixed feelings about this home and have many suggestions to provide to the host. Thank you for being welcoming to us in your home. It was extremely disappointing to come in to the home for Christmas near Disney and not have any type of decorations to make it festive for the Christmas holiday. (Especially when kids are involved.) As a host, it is misleading to indicate you have a heated pool, when it does not stay heated all the time. During the day it is heated, but it is also 78 -81 degrees outside during the day, so it is not necessary for the pool to be heated during the day, but when we went to use it at night time, it was cold. (Defeated the entire purpose of using the pool when it was intended and the reason we paid extra for this amenity.) Something else we have not experienced before is paying for a cleaning service and expected to remove the trash in the home. Shouldn't that be the expectation of what housekeeping does? When selecting this home it states you take pride in maintenance, but there was a pile of trash out back, near the screen door (Why wasn't this removed prior to us checking in?), there are ants upstairs in the bathroom, there is a tear in the comforter in master bedroom and it was covered by a sheet, as opposed to being replaced. In the master bedroom, the dressers/nightstands pleather peeling off. 1 towel per person. The lock battery at front door was almost dead. Poor lighting outside near front door and pool area. Thank you.

Wonderful

We brought our 3 young (under 8) granddaughters here for a week long Disney vacation. The house was perfect and they loved the heated pool and spent hours in it. The location to Disney was conveniently close, and the day we went to Cocoa beach took about an hour. The thermostat was a bit techy to figure out but once I did it worked well and we were very comfortable. The furniture and bedding all comfortable and clean. The owners do get you started with a small supply of toiletries and soap, however we did have to purchase extra including dish washer soap and misc. essentials for a week long stay. The kitchen is well stocked with wares. All in all this house was great we’d definitely stay here again!

Relaxing home near within very short drive to WDW

From the moment we booked this home, we had a really good feeling about it. Roman, the manager, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and straightforward from the very beginning. He answered all of our questions quickly and clearly, which made the whole booking process smooth and stress-free.Since we were arriving quite late, we were a bit nervous about how the check-in would go. But I have to say, everything went perfectly! We got into the house without any issues and found everything just as we expected — clean, welcoming, and exactly like the listing.Of course, the highlight for us was the swimming pool! After long, tiring days at Walt Disney World (anyone who's been knows it’s no small task!), the pool was an absolute lifesaver. It was the perfect way to relax, cool down, and recharge for the next day of adventure.The location is excellent — just a short drive to all the Disney parks, with plenty of nearby options like Walmart, Publix, restaurants, and even the Buena Vista outlet for some shopping. It’s worth noting that having a car is definitely necessary when staying here, as it makes getting around so much easier.I won’t write an entire essay here, but we truly enjoyed our stay and felt well taken care of throughout. Roman provided great support and made sure everything went smoothly.Once again, thank you so much for providing such a lovely home for our holiday — it really made our trip that much more special!

Início com problemas e foram resolvidos

Nos primeiros 3 dias tivemos problemas com máquina de lavar louça, bateria do alarme de incêndio e triturador. Rapidamente foram resolvidos pelo Sr Reinaldo. A casa é exatamente como nas fotos. A segurança do condomínio é boa. Sabendo da rapidez na solução dos problemas, estamos satisfeitos com a estadia na casa.
