Disney Family Retreat With Pool

From the time you enter the Sandy Toes Villa until you close your eyes in one of the beach or Disney themed rooms, you will have fun in this lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. The screened pool and lovely lanai is also a perfect place to extend the fun your family will have during your stay.

The decor is clean and simple, yet soothing after a long day at the parks. Your-home-away-from-home is very well stocked with linens, and kitchen utensils. The Indian Creek villa is located just five minutes from Disney, and within 15 minutes of Universal, Sea World and other Orlando area attractions. A ping pong table and foosball table are located in the garage - perfect for Family Championship Tournaments. A putting green is within walking distance, as is a fenced kiddie play ground to provide a great outlet for the little ones while Mom or Dad sit and watch. Two great walking/biking trails wind around ponds with birds and other wildlife. There is also a tennis court and full basketball court for use. Both basketballs and tennis equipment are available in the house.

This villa is so conveniently located. Restaurants and a grocery store are within two minutes. A stroller is provided in the home. Many visitors even walk to the small shopping center! It is just nine miles to the Magic Kingdom parking lot!! You will also find a high chair and pack n play for your use in the villa.

In the Mickey room kids can watch TV or use the play station and then fall asleep with Mickey looking on. Two masters make this house a great place for two families to share. In the fully equipped kitchen all the equipment is provided to whip up a quickie meal or prepare a more elaborate fare for the dining room.

The chairs and chaise loungers on the lanai offer comfortable seating while you watch the beautiful sunsets or enjoy the pool.

Home away from home

Our family (6 adults and 1 child) stayed in this home last week. We had a wonderful stay and found this home to be very inviting and comfortable. We all looked forward to coming back to relax, nap and use the pool. We will definately stay here again when in the area.

Great home with LOTS of room

We had a great time at this house. It had SO much room and fit all 10 of us comfortably (including 3 kids in pack & plays). We loved the location being just off Disney property and yet so close we went to Disney Springs several evenings. Owner was very responsive and helpful in answering our questions. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Excellent stay

The property was in an ideal location to access the Disney fun. There was plenty of room. It was well equipped - pool, ping pong table, kitchen utensils, video game console, washer and dryer.. I wish we would have had more time to enjoy all the amenities offered. We would definitely stay there again.

Went to Orlando to visit our grandchildren, what a wonderful home away from home. Very cozy and comfortable. The pool was just the right size and a very quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. Would highly recommend

Wonderful stay at Four Corners!

We booked for the entire month of March and were very happy with the accommodations. There is so much to do nearby and we had different guests down each week and some alone time for my husband and I as well. Loved the private pool (ignoring the highway noise)! The property manager was quick to respond to our need for help with a couple of issues! Nice neighborhood.

Wonderful family home!

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your wonderful family home. Our family of nine had plenty of room. The kids especially liked the Mickey bedroom. It was close to the parks and everything else you would need access to which was a plus. The home was clean and peaceful after a long day at the parks. I especially liked the ease of checking in and out. We will definitely consider staying here again. Thanks again for sharing your home with us!

Very poor.

Lawn was deep and not mowed until we were there for 5 days and had to request mowing. One bed had sheets with hair in it. One bathtub would not drain. Air conditioning did not cool the bedrooms. Pool was green but usable. Property manager Sue, was very responsive, but the house is definitely not well kept nor cleaned properly before our arrival.

We loved the house, it was clean. We had a problem with the outside plumbing called the manager got it fix right away. Close to shops and dinning.

Unacceptable Checkout Experience

I had a horrible departure experience from this house. At exactly 9:27 a.m., an older man (probably in his mid-50s) pulled up and began watching us through the windows of the house. It made us very uncomfortable. We were 2 young ladies with a 7 year old little girl and could see no neighbors or other people around. Our initial thought was to call the police because, quite frankly, he looked like a predator. But it was the middle of the day, so I decided to simply ask him to leave. However, he claimed to be “the cleaning crew” and refused to leave (checkout wasn’t until 10:00, he was more than 30 min early). He went 1 house away, remained in the street and continued to watch us pack our personal items and my young daughter into the car. As far as the house goes, despite the loud road noise, we enjoyed our stay. The property owners seemed nice and were very responsive. I would’ve considered staying here in the future, however I can not recommend this house for security risk reasons. Hopefully the owners can resolve this with their cleaning crew as it was completely inappropriate to have this creepy man watching us as we prepared to leave.

Great house

Our family had a great time on our vacation. The house was exactly as listed. 2 master bedrooms was perfect as we went with another family. After several days in the parks we enjoyed relaxing outside and using the pool and BBQ. Close to shopping and Disney. Like others mentioned you can hear the highway but honestly barely noticed it after the 1st day. Great communication, easy check in. Would rent again!

Great Location

2 masters allowed so much privacy. 3 full bathrooms. The pool was amazing for our family on our relaxing days. So close to everything. There is traffic noise from the highway but we learned to accept. NO noisy neighbors. Very nicely decorated. Will keep this one on my list for future rentals.

Wonderful weekend getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property. The pool was relaxing, and the neighborhood was very walkable-a welcome feature traveling with a pet. Some other reviewers mention the noise from the highway, but it did not bother us at all. Honestly, you can only hear it when outside. What really impressed us was all the kitchen gadgets that were there- felt like we were at home! Thank you so much for a relaxing, comfortable stay! We hope to return soon.

Wonderful first VRBO experience

This was our first experience with VRBO, and it won’t be our last. The property was much larger than what we needed, but our two pups enjoyed the space after a week of stays at motels and hotels as we made our way to FL. The property was clean and its location was ideal in that it was close to many restaurants and activities. Be aware that it is close to a highway, but the hum didn’t bother our sleeping or enjoyment. I loved that it was tiled throughout rather than carpeting. I would highly recommend this property.

Nice family vacay!

We had a wonderful holiday vacation. Very convenient to all activities and anything that is needed. Close to everything yet you feel secluded and private also. Nice property and owner thought of everything that could be needed to feel like home. Loved it!! Plenty of room! Only reason 3 stars to communication with owner is because we didn't need to communicate with owner!! No problems!

Our family loves all things Disney. We found this location to be the most convenient to the theme parks while also giving us a break from the crowds at the end of the day.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The pool faces west, south west which is the most desirable for sun all day. The house is all tile floors which is why we allow pets. My wife is extremely allergic to animals and she has never had any reaction while staying in the villa to the pet dander from previous renters with animals. Plus - our housekeeping crew is exceptional between each guests.
