Fantastic vacation home, so close to Disney, Located in Orlando's most luxurious gated community, Emerald Island Resort. This luxurious home includes an over-sized pool and raised Jacuzzi spa with an extra-large patio. A great way to relax after a long day at the parks!

This luxurious resort is only 5 mins from Walt Disney World, and there are shops, restaurants, and supermarkets, all within walking distance.

The living room has a 47' LCD Tv with Blu-Ray / DVD player. Leading from the fully tiled living/dining room is the upgraded and fully-equipped kitchen, which includes a ceramic top range, Stainless steel side by side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and microwave. Along with a convenient breakfast bar and separate breakfast nook for informal dining with a view of the pool.

The home has four bedrooms that sleeps up to ten guests maximum. All rooms have LCD TV's. The main master bedroom has a king-size bed, with new pillow top mattress aoverlooking the pool and Jacuzzi spa. Telephone with free calls to all USA and Canada. Master bathroom has a separate shower, oversize garden tub, and separate toilet. The second master bedroom has a queen-size bed, with pillow top mattress ,with separate bath with all towels supplied and hair dryer. Two twin bedrooms with a twin over full bunk, and a twin over twin with trundle under suitable for kids only, each with LCD TV's. The third bath has a separate shower/tub and includes a hair dryer. Pool towels are also provided.

The game room is carpeted and contains a pool table and air hockey table for your enjoyment. This home has a washer and a dryer so that you can enjoy a long and fun vacation with all the conveniences of your own home. For guests who want to stay connected, the home also has complementary high-speed wireless internet access.

The 4000 square foot clubhouse has a fitness center, volleyball and tennis courts, a sauna, free computer access to the Internet, a heated community pool and spa, video games room, a children's play area, and Tiki Hut. The clubhouse is very near a trail for walking, jogging or biking, which winds through the community's natural woodland setting.

Muito bom

A casa tem localização excelente, para quem está querendo aproveitar os parques da Disney, o condomínio é bastante tranquilo. Precisa melhorar a qualidade da mobília e utensílios. Steve o administrador muito atencioso e diligente para nos atender, esperamos retornar nas próximas férias

Not exactly luxury as described

Our stay was okay. The property was described as luxury but it was not. The location and neighborhood were nice and safe. It was bug free. The property itself could have been very nice, but needs updating and cleaning. We took photos of the dingy walls, mold in showers, need for paint, dusting and bunk beads that were broke and sort of repaired. We were only able to leave two loads of laundry, but with an early departure and 6 beads and towels, that is almost impossible. There was a security deposit/insurance and per car parking required that was not disclosed on the VRBO site before booking a non-refundable trip. The pool/hot tub was broken. When we were able to use it, it was nice. The managers responded quickly to our message about the pool and refunded the money for heating it (100). Overall it was an okay stay, but not quite what we expected based on the description.

Great place

There's only one property between you and the end of the housing development. Very quiet, lots of birds. The pool has an extra barrier that goes around it for safety. Good for small kids.

This property is 5 star all the way. This was the first time the property owners checked on just to make sure everything was ok and we were having a great time 10 minutes to the parks. Just a great property. 👍 Steve is a great caring owner and his home js 5 Star

Very convenient location, clean and comfortable.

Love the cleanness, the big spaces and the games. I will like to mention that having paper towels and dishes washing soap on site would be beneficial in keeping the house clean. I would recommend to everyone and will stay again for sure.

House was exactly as listing portrayed. We had a good week and would stay again. There was some maintenance items that need to be addressed but overall was good since we spent most of our time at Disney parks and it was very close to the parks/restaurants.

Great pool, awesome location

The house is in a great location if you want to go to Disney. It’s a short drive and conveniently placed near many restaurant and grocery/retail shopping. We Paid for pool heat in December- worth the extra charge bc it made the spa and pool so comfortably warm and enjoyable. Neighborhood has a nice walking trail to the clubhouse with a park/mini golf/pool. But we never used that pool bc the house pool was perfect for our family of 7. Our 5 kids loved the house and pool. The beds and tvs were nice. The only thing worth mentioning is this- the couch and loveseat near the pool are “leather” and it’s peeling and therefore leaves a mess on the tile and gives off a vibe of dirtiness when in reality the house is generally nice and was clean upon arrival. If this couch were replaced or even switched out with the 2 couches in the game room or living room, it would make the tv/family room off the pool perfect. Still it was hard not to give 5 stars bc everything else was great, just not the peeling “leather” couch. But don’t let that deter you from choosing this place. It’s great in all other aspects.

It wasn’t one of the best I’ve stayed at

First I didn’t receive the final email with type entry code but the owner responded right away which was good. However, the things that made me not recommend this property would be as follows: There was only 6 bath towels and 3 pool towels. We ended using the pool towels for shower towels and I had to do laundry legit almost every day which was an inconvenience. The couch in the tv room literally was fallen apart while we sat on it and couldn’t enjoy the tv room as a family at night to watch movies etc .

Perfect Vacation Home

The house was a perfect location to all the local events and theme parks in Orlando. It had a heated pool and spa for those cool days and nights with enough room on the patio for a large family to gather and relax. The house was spacious, clean and had all the amenities available we needed. It was a great vacation home!

Covid Kindness

Property owner was very quick to respond to any requests. Unfortunately we did not get to go on our scheduled vacation due to Covid 19 but property owner will be giving us dates in the future without charge. I would recommend this home and dealing with this owner was very relaxing. I’ve stayed at Emerald Island several times. Always the best vacation! We will be booking again!

Excellent property, located well for the Disney resorts..... 15-20 minutes to magic kingdom , epcot, etc.... further to universal. Easy to find, resort has own pool / gym/ courts.... didn’t use as we were in parks most days.... staff friendly... access arriving late in evening was really easy Accommodation was plenty big enough for five..... would easily accommodate more....all was as described but some of the decor is becoming tired and could do with updating... having said that everything was clean and functional and we had a great stay Thanks

Good location clean house. I draw back house was on the hot side. AC could not be turned down at one point house was 78 degrees which is to hot after spending all day in hot sun

Great vacation get away!

This home was perfect for our stay. Easy location for anyone visiting the theme park. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the home. It had plenty enough room for 4 adults and 4 children.

Rented house for pool/hot tub but hot tub jets would not even turn on . Pool never heated also. Called but wTer went down more in hot tub & still did not work. Nice house for rental.
