Guests return year after year because this 2 bedroom 2.5 bath villa is a quiet, luxurious sanctuary. It has unsurpassed views of the meandering creek, the saltwater marsh, and out to the dunes and ocean beyond. Not only are the views exceptional, but the bird, marine and animal life is abundant, from heron to otters to dolphins fishing in the creek. One recent visitor labeled it a “birders paradise!” The large windows, vaulted ceilings and sunroom let in not just light, but all the sounds of the surrounding nature. The villa is fully furnished and equipped, including state-of-the-art kitchen, top-speed WiFi and 40" HD LCD smart TV and Apple TV for streaming. Additional amenities include heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans and a washing machine and dryer. The master bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bath. The guest bedroom has 2 twin singles with en suite bath. Linens are included.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra: Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants
