Stunning one bedroom condo with private deck overlooking the trout-filled Arkansas River, and is just a few blocks from historic downtown Salida and its many restaurants, shops, art galleries, parks, and outdoor riverfront amphitheater.
Recently built, this 1,300 sq. ft. condo has a firm king bed, a gourmet kitchen, and 2 decks, complete with tables and chairs.
Leave your car in the one-car garage and walk or bike anywhere you want to go in town.
18 miles from Monarch Ski Area

Your host is a local and will either be available throughout your stay, or will designate one of her highly qualified local assistants to be your point of contact.

Want to stay in and cook? Youā€™ll enjoy the well-equipped kitchen and dining in the spacious living area or out on the deck over the river. Or order curbside pick-up or delivery from one of Salida's many nearby restaurants. The deck has morning sunshine and afternoon shade--so it's pretty much perfect all summer long!

The area is known as the Heart of the Rockies, and it will beckon you to its mountains, streams, and breathtaking scenery - or you can just relax and enjoy the scenery from the comfort of your deck.
There are hundreds of hiking and mountain biking trails located right in and around Salida, and lots more - including the Continental Divide Trail and the Colorado Trail - within a short drive.
Numerous local attractions and events will keep you busy, or just enjoy the peace and quiet of our historic mountain community.

Great Location at the Riverfront Condo in Salida

We had a great stay at the Riverfront Condo in Salida. We loved enjoying lunch or happy hour on the deck overlooking the river. And the location made getting to restaurants, attractions, and bike trails a couple blocks away very convenient. This was our second stay there, and I'm sure we will be back.

Love this condo, so lovely, spacious and very comfortable. And the deck over the river is amazing. May be the most relaxing getaway ever for us! Jessica was very accommodating, altho we had no issues since everything was just about perfect for our stay in salida!

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed, plus more! We especially enjoyed being close to the downtown shops and having a garage was an added bonus. The patio overlooking the river was also a great place to relax and enjoy nature. We definitely enjoyed our stay and hope we can return next year!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We spent most of our time on the deck watching the water and deer. Itā€™s a short walk to town, and convenient to bike trails. I recommend the farmers market, the palisade peaches were so good! We hope to stay here again.

A clean property and spacious. The view is not good. The picture is angled towards the south. Right across the Arkansas River is an old abandoned factory. It is quite unattractive. As long as you are facing south, the view is beautiful.

Perfect spot to relax and enjoy town

This being our 7th time in this condo (we go once a year), it is a highlight of my summer and feels like 'coming home'. Spending evenings on the deck listening to the river, having everything you need in the condo to enjoy staying or being right along the path to walk the river and enjoy town, this couldn't be a more perfect spot to enjoy the town of Salida. The managers of the property check in, are responsive and do an amazing job making sure your stay is exactly what you need it to be.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Would definitely recommend this rental to anyone. The view of the river is so beautiful and relaxing to sit and listen to sounds of the river running. The condo has every kitchen item you would need and more. We were able to walk into town for meals. Restaurants in Salina were amazing with great food. We will definitely becoming back to Salina and rent this condo again.

A great condo in a great location

My wife and I stayed at the condo in October 2024 and had a wonderful time. Salida is a lot of fun. The condo is in a beautiful setting, and a short walk to the center of town. Clean and well-maintained, its a great place to stay.

Third stay in this same condo. LOVE the view off the back deck, being so close to town, to the water, to hiking, and just 20 minutes up the road is Monarch. Condo is well-appointed, clean, and having a garage is a great thing too. What more could you ask for? Can't think of a thing!

I came to Salida for the outdoor lifestyle and the friendly community. Once I stayed in this condo and found out it was for sale, I jumped on the opportunity to purchase it. I have several other properties in Florida and Vail, nothing compares to this condo right on the Arkansas River and next to downtown Salida. I am so happy I can share it with you.
