Experience coastal luxury at its finest in this stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse on the 19th floor of the highly sought-after Sand Dunes Resort. Located on the prestigious north end of town, you'll have access to a wealth of on-site amenities.

Spend your days basking in the sun at the oceanfront pool, taking a dip in the indoor pool, relaxing in the hot tub, or leisurely floating down the lazy river.

For dining options, you can enjoy a meal at the on-site restaurant, or take a short walk to the nearby cafes, attractions, and entertainment.

The spacious living area is furnished with a comfortable couch, love seat, and a large 60” flat-screen TV for your entertainment.

In the well-equipped kitchen, you'll find stainless steel appliances, a toaster oven, and a coffee maker, perfect for whipping up delicious meals. Gather around the 6-person dining table to enjoy your culinary creations.

This one-level condo accommodates up to 12 guests in three bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts two double beds, a 48” flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Two guest bedrooms each feature two double beds and flat-screen TVs, with one offering direct access to the second bathroom.

Step out onto the private balcony to savor incredible ocean views and dine alfresco with seating for six.

Additional amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer. Parking is available for two cars in the open lot or garage (maximum height 6’8”), and please note that RVs, oversized trucks, and motorcycles are not allowed on the property.

Please be aware that guests do not have access to the waterpark. The location is prime for vacationers, with the beach just a 1-minute walk away, and the resort offering an on-site restaurant and general store. Various restaurants, attractions, and entertainment options are all within walking distance, or you can drive to nearby attractions like Apache Pier, Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, or Barefoot Landing in just a short distance.

A few important notes: This unit is non-smoking, and renters must be at least 25 years old with proof of age required. You have two parking spots allotted for this unit, and motorcycles are no longer allowed at the resort. Additionally, please be aware that this rental is not affiliated with the Sand Dunes Resort's on-site rentals, and the water park and family fun zone next door are privately owned and not accessible to guests.
