Richard lives nearby and will be your primary contact and will be available to help you with check-in/out or any issues you may have throughout your stay. He takes great pleasure in helping people find their way around and provide lots of great places to eat/drink and visit. However, keys will be left for you in an external key safe, so you can let yourself in and work things out for yourself if you prefer from the comprehensive welcome pack left in the flat for you.

The apartment is on the first floor and is flooded with natural light. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a standard double bed of varying firmness, hotel-quality linen, dressing gowns and slippers. One bedroom has an en-suite shower/wc, plus there is an additional bathroom. The kitchen is fully fitted with cooker, hob, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and dishwasher. The lounge area includes a family-sized dining table and chairs, plus a TV with Netflix account and Freeview. There is also a Bluetooth speaker, free WiFi and a heated airer for quick-drying clothes. A baby/childrens pack is available upon request (£20 per night supplement) including all the essentials for those travelling with little people, such as cot, monitor, bottle steriliser, high chair, toys etc. We are happy to accommodate specific requests whenever possible, including a fridge fill and additional cleaning service for longer stays. We can also have a decorated Christmas tree for stays over the festive period
