Enjoy breathtaking views and the fresh mountain air in this cozy little condo. Located right on the edge of the mountain, it has amazing views from the private patio. This quaint little condo is the perfect place for a small group or family + your fur baby with a fee, as it sleeps a maximum of 6 people. The one level unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a tv in each room. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a private bathroom, and the guest room has a queen sized bed with a bathroom right outside the door. The living area has a sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, TV, and access to the patio. The kitchen has all the appliances you need to cook a nice meal. Want to go on an adventure on the mountain? Try a local restaurant, hike some trails, or go skiing. Regardless of the season our home makes the perfect place for a mountain getaway

Just Marvelous!

We were there for a wedding at the Overlook Barn. It was very close to the venue. We brought our dog along and it was perfect for the three of us. The weather was not great but when the fog lifted for a few minutes on Saturday, the view was fabulous! Thank you for sharing your condo. We loved it!

The place had the basics. The view is amazing!!! The heat are floor heaters and was very warm inside when we got there. We ended up turning the heaters off so it was below 80 degrees inside. Please be aware that you need to get dishwasher detergent or dish soap, as you are required to clean the dishes but they do not provide these items.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived to find the condo decorated for the holidays and that was so sweet. Overall, it was not the cleanest, but it wasn't that bad. The toilet was sprayed down with cleaner but they forgot to wipe it down. The couch was pretty dirty with large, water(?) stains on it and just kind of grungy. I actually put a towel down on it to sit on it. I could see this really bothering some people but we were just happy to be away. Overall, I would recommend staying here. We stayed in a different unit a year ago and it was also very nice.

Very nice

The scenery/view is probably worth the price of admission, but it's a nice, quiet location in mountains with a few good restaurants within walking distance. Also an easy drive to a lot of good places like Grandfather Mountain, Boone, Blowing Rock, etc. Whole family loved the place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location-close to everything in Beech Mountain. Gorgeous view from back porch. Nice accommodations for our family of 5 and 2 dogs. Fully stocked kitchen to cook meals. Kitchen has both keurig coffee maker and a regular carafe for coffee. The shower in the master bathroom has opposite temperature control (turns cold when turned to hot and hot when turned to cold). Middle floor condo (one condo above and one below) so there are some stairs leading down to the unit. Very cozy, a bit dated. Will definitely stay again!

Amazing view

The pictures on this listing doesn’t do it justice!! This has to be one of the best views around. You can sit on the deck and look at Beech Mountain’s slopes and have deer walk right up to the deck. We are already planning for next year’s trip!!
