This townhome was built brand new 2017. 4 BR's upstairs - master with private master bath, BR's 2, 3 & 4 have queens and share 2nd full bath. Open floor plan with spacious kitchen, half bath, dining, and living area all downstairs. Large flat screen smart TV's in all rooms upstairs and large screen in LR downstairs along with 12ft shuffleboard table. The kitchen is fully stocked with all high-quality stuff for those that really like to cook. Coffee bar! Smart thermostat. Electronic door locks. Gas grill and large fenced yard.

The location is great! The beach is just 4 blocks east walk. Recommend to go up 2 streets to the red light to cross A1A 3rd street which can be very busy on holidays and weekends. Walking distance to all the fun beach restaurants, bars, and shops for easy access/walking to but just to enjoy the peace and quiet.

Mayo Clinic 3 miles, Baptist Beaches Medical Center 0.8 miles; Shands, U of F, VA and many more medical facilities and universities all very close, the farthest within a max of 17 miles.

Pets must be disclosed and pre-approved before/upon booking. Pricing based on number of guests to keep costs lower for smaller groups, please be honest and accurate in your head count before booking. You can add more guests later with approval. Your booking indicates your agreement to house rules and welcome packet before booking. Please give us heads up if expecting visitors. Having said that, we're super laid back and approachable, and want you to enjoy your vacation to Jax Beach and would be honored to earn your business and host you in our home by the beach!

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay! Ms. Kay made everything so easy from checking in to checking out. The home was spotless and smelled clean and delightful! The location of the rental home was close to many attractions, most importantly the beach. The cherry on top was seeing the cupcakes and greeting card left wishing my son a happy 12th birthday! Great place and great time! Highly recommend

I stayed with my brother and my parents for Mother's Day weekend. The place is fantastic with wonderful interior designs. We loved using the indoor shuffleboard, especially on a rainy day when you can't get to the beach. The half bath downstairs is so convenient and all of the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Plenty of space in the house and plenty of room to easily park two cars. Host was friendly, quick to respond to questions and extremely generous. I would love to stay here again in the future!

Perfect Stay

This townhome was perfect for our stay at JAX Beach. My wife had surgery so we needed something close to the surgical center and a nice quiet place for her to recover. We got both in this rental and also had room for some family and friends to visit in comfort. The furnishings and decor were excellent and the shuffleboard table was a big hit. We will definitely be staying here any time we come back to Jacksonville.

Excellent experience!

Property was perfect and just as described. Location was excellent with quick access to the beach or nearby Jax Beach restaruants, etc. Kat (property manager) was super helpful and quick to respond, house was fully stocked and even had bottled water in the fridge ready! Highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay again!!!

Amazing Place Near the Beach

We had a great stay @ this spacious 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom townhome. Walk to local grocery and quiet restaurants. Beach was just a few blocks away. Kat was so awesome to connect with and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend staying here as we will definitely do again!

Nice and clean

This place was vey clean and comfortable and had everything you need in a kitchen. The host was awesome and very responsive. The only downside is that 3rd avenue is almost impossible to cross on foot. Otherwise this place was perfect.

The Best Trip/Stay Ever!

I wish I could give move than 5 stars because this rental/owner are fabulous! ā­ā­ā­ā­ā­ We traveled over 6 hours down to Jacksonville and had our first rental fall through. We quickly worked with Phil (the owner) last-minute to rent his townhome and he was absolutely amazing. We had a few issues with VRBO making updates to the rental dates and he was so flexible and helpful. The townhouse was super clean, large space, perfect location, great for families. The house is pretty close to the beach (less than a 10 minute walk) and they had many public parking lots near by as well. The townhouse is less than 5 minutes to Publix and had many restaurants within a few blocks. Phil shared tons of recs that were helpful with it being a holiday weekend. I ended up getting engaged on the trip, so we couldn't of asked for a better trip. Overall, the townhouse was fabulous and Phil is a 5-star host. We would love to stay again! :)

Large corner lot with lots of parking. 5 streets (5 min walk) to the beach. Still quiet and peaceful away from the action though! This has frequently been a family holiday and vacation home due to the size, layout, and affordability in proximity to the beach compared to getting several hotel rooms.
