Large flat screen smart TV's in all rooms upstairs and large screen in LR downstairs along with 12ft shuffleboard table. The kitchen is fully stocked with all high-quality stuff for those that really like to cook. Coffee bar! Smart thermostat. Electronic door locks. Gas grill and large fenced yard.

The location is great! The beach is just 4 blocks east walk. Recommend to go up 2 streets to the red light to cross A1A 3rd street which can be very busy on holidays and weekends. Walking distance to all the fun beach restaurants, bars, and shops for easy access/walking to but just to enjoy the peace and quiet.

Mayo Clinic 3 miles, Baptist Beaches Medical Center 0.8 miles; Shands, U of F, VA and many more medical facilities and universities all very close, the farthest within a max of 17 miles.
