Large windows and doors bring in natural light and provide views toward the courtyard, so the main living space feels connected to the outdoors.

Pet policy and details:

→ Dog-friendly for up to two dogs under 50 lbs - lets you bring pets without exceeding the property’s capacity.

→ $100 additional cleaning and pet-hair removal fee - covers extra cleaning after stays with animals.

→ Pets must be disclosed in advance - we require notification so the fee and preparations can be applied.

→ Dogs must be treated with Advantage or a similar topical flea and tick repellent three days prior to arrival - failure to disclose a pet in advance will result in a $500 fee.



Parking and arrival:

→ Driveway parking for two cars - simplifies arrival and hauling beach gear.

→ Keypad self check-in - flexible, contactless access for early or late arrivals.

Restful Bedrooms:

Two distinct bedrooms: a king suite and a queen suite with a twin ottoman sleeper that together sleep five. The king provides a larger primary sleeping spot for two, while the queen room plus the single ottoman sleeper gives flexible sleeping for a child or extra guest. Each bedroom has a Smart TV and the whole place is air conditioned, so you can stream or cool off after long beach days and keep separate schedules without disturbance.



Bathrooms & Laundry:

Full bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower plus a separate half-bath. Washer/Dryer is on the 2nd floor.
