We loved this house fits 9 people comfortably. Kitchen had all amenities, pool was clean and a must for the Aruba sun.

Fantastic Stay

We were 4 couples and this house was perfect. The grounds are amazing. The pool was great. The kitchen had everything needed. And the beds were very comfortable. It is a very short walk to Arashi beach. The managers were very helpful before the trip and met us upon arrive.

Location was absolutely perfectā€¦short walk to Arashi and boca Catalina for snorkeling. Beautiful groups with a fantastic grill and outdoor dining area. My family had a lovely time and look forward to coming back.

Beautiful home and great location

The house is situated in a great neighborhood and its right across the street from Arashi Beach. This was very convenient for our family. The house provided beach chairs and a cooler. The house is about a 5-minute drive to the high-rise resorts. Everything was close by. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Our Favorite Home in Aruba

This is our third stay at Casa del Viento and we loved it just as much this time. The home is perfect for a family and we enjoyed the pool and walked to the nearby beach to snorkel every day. The outdoor eating areas are one of our favorite things about this home and we grilled fresh fish several times during our stay. The location on the island is perfect and we went horseback riding just a few minutes from the house. Hoping we can visit again!

Wonderful property

We loved everything about this property. The location is superb, super close to the beach and a great snorkeling spot. The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of group space along with private spaces. The upper balcony was the favorite spot to watch sunsets!

Fabulous Location!

We are spoiled for any future vacations! The over-the-top home with fabulous views was located near Tres Trappe beach where we saw sea turtles. Even closer was the Arashi beach with a tiki bar/grill where we snorkled and played in the pristine clear waters and white sandy beach. Perfect for multi-family getaway.

Loved Casa del Viento

Our entire family convened at Casa del Viento for our bi-annual family trip. The property is well-appointed and large enough for a party of 9 with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all. We loved the location (especially Arashi Beach and the Beach Shack), and management could not have been more accommodating. We would definitely return to this property on our next trip to Aruba!

Perfect location for family vacation

This house was perfect for our family of 10. 2 minute walk to Arashi beach and 8 minute drive to the downtown area with the restaurants and bars. Nice outdoor area to BBQ and lounge by the pool. The second floor deck has a great breeze and sunset views. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Aruba with a family. We had masseuse's come to the house one day and we hired Ronald with Bite of Heaven one night for a private chef experience. No complaints at all!

4 magical nights in Aruba

My wife and I and 3 other couple spent 4 nights at Norman's place. He was amazing! So easy to communicate with so friendly and helpful and his home was everything we could've dreamed of! Fantastic location across the street from to beaches beautiful clean and big home with a gorgeous outdoor pool. We couldn't have asked for anything else. It was truly magical!

Great stay at Casa De Viento

This is a large property that is well-equipped with a majority of the household equipment and items we needed to make ourselves at home. The location is perfect for getting away from the crowded high rise , low rise, and cruise ports districts and was within very short walking distance from Arashi (prime beach spot) and Boca Catalina (solid snorkeling spot). I highly recommend this property for a family vacation and appreciated the excellent communication from Oscar and Norman. Our family was sad to leave after our weeklong stay and would love to come back another time.

Relaxing Vacation

Our group of 10 ranged from my 22 year old daughter to my 93 year old mother. The house is a three minute walk from the beautiful Arashi Beach. The close water front walking paths have a beautiful view. Some of our group spent a lot of time on the covered balcony while others took snorkeling trips and biked. Everyone was happy and everything we needed was close. I would highly recommend this house. The pool is kept sparkling.

Just a beautiful place to stay, Amazing location. House is genuinely marvelous. The PM, Norman is outstanding w/ communication & service. One of the AC units went out in the bedroom on 1st day (no one in room until next day), Norman had an AC team there to replace in no time flat. The commitment from the owner through PM, Norman are unsurpassed. We've stayed throughout the Caribbean in many of many VRBO rentals & this particular house & team is ABOVE the rest.

Amazing Vacation

We stayed at the house with a group of family members, adults and kids. The house was perfect, we had plenty of beds for everyone and a wonderful outdoor space to enjoy dinners. We all enjoyed the pool and the kids loved roaming the property looking for lizards. We enjoyed snorkeling at the cove down the street and walking to Arashi beach to watch the sunset. It was also really nice to be able to order food and drinks from the Arashi beach shack- itā€™s so close you can grab a cocktail and enjoy it at the pool. Norman, the house manager was also so nice and helpful. Also, there are plenty of towels, beach chairs and a cooler so we were able to pack up and explore other beaches. It was a wonderful trip.

Awesome week in Aruba!

Spent the week with family. House and location was amazing. Lots of space and enough room for each couple to have privacy. The pool and balconies were amazing. It was great that the pool area was partly in the shade all day so no one ended up getting sunburned. A few minute walk to both Arashi beach and Boca Catalina beach was nice for snorkeling and walking. Very close to the dunes and light house. I recommend you walk around the dunes. House was easy to get to and close 15-20 minutes from the hotel/downtown district. Would definitely recommend this house and if we ever go back to Aruba, we will stay there again. Hosts were very responsive (although didnā€™t have any issues really).

Beautiful home and perfect location

We had 7 people stay during our trip and the house was perfect for us - there was a lot of common areas for everyone to be together, plus enough room to spread out when we needed our own space. The house is beautiful and accurately depicted in the listing. It is just a couple of minute walk from the beach - it's a small beach but it's beautiful - we really enjoyed our time there. There's a snack hut right on the beach that serves food and drinks and rents beach chairs and umbrellas if needed - although these items are also provided with the home. We felt very safe in this location and never had safety concerns. We liked that it was only a 10-15 minute drive to everything we wanted to do down in the main tourist area with all the resorts, shops, water activities, restaurants, etc. We will definitely be back and hope to be able to stay in this home again!

The pictures are not current. Among a few items the chairs outside are covered in mold/mildew and need cleaning. Can't sit outside in the covered areas, it is covered with flies. The landscaping has been eat up with bugs. They need trimming and treating with insecticides. Live termites were at the front doors and had a wide trail down to the flower bed. No tea/water glasses. I will stop at that. For the price I paid I am very disppointed.

I changed my reservation dates and am due approx $2,400 from VRBO+owner and after a month and multiple calls and conversations with both, unfortunately still cannot get a refund. I hope they can both figure it out soon! That being said, great house in a great location with nice pool, quick walking distance to Arashi and an awesome snorkeling beach.

Amazing! The pictures don't do it justice!

The Property: This is an absolutely amazing property in a perfect location. The house is stunning and spotless. The set up is perfect for a few couples or families. The balconies offer amazing views. The pool and outside dining are equally beautiful. The kitchen is perfect and has every appliance you can imagine from a fresh juicer to all kinds of pots and pans. We had a private chef come and prepare a meal and it was perfect for that. You feel absolutely safe in the property. Each room is decorated beautifully. Just an oasis. The LOCATION: Wow! I had never been to Aruba and did lots of exploring. This property sits near the lighthouse between Boca Catalina and Arashi Beach. Easy walk with chairs to either. We particularly loved Arashi Beach as it had a cute restaurant and activities. In the mornings, we would walk the trail up to the lighthouse. We loved not being in the middle of Palm Beach but an easy 5 minute taxi or drive. The Property Management: Fabulous! Norman greeted us when we arrived. He was friendly and informative with lots of information about the house and island. We accidentally locked our car and house keys in the car and Norman was there within 5 minutes to assist. I can't say enough nice things about this house, helpful people, Norman and the location and island. We will be back! Thank you for a FABULOUS stay.

Casa Del Viento exceeded expectations

We stayed at Casa Del Viento for a family vacation and the property and staff exceeded our expectations. We arrived early, forgetting to request an early check-in, but were kindly greeted, and allowed to leave the rental cars and luggage at the house while the staff finished cleaning. We walked down to the Arashi Beach Shack just steps away and kicked off our vacation with a great lunch and some magaritas. When we got back to the house, we were greeted and shown around by the property manager Norman. The maintenance man, Kenneth also showed us around, made a special trip to show us the new gym that was just installed, and shared his local knowledge of Aruba. Both gentlemen made us feel very welcome. The very clean house with it's five bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect in accommodating our large family. We utilized the multiple outdoor dining spaces and large grill for many of our memorable meals. We had lots of fun hanging by and swimming in the beautiful pool. We gathered daily on the upper balcony to view the spectacular sunsets and lighthouse.The villa location was perfect for our needs as well. Located in a quite neighborhood, it's a quick walk to Arashi beach (our favorite), and a golf course is close enough to be visible from the balcony. A good walk got us to the high rise hotel area, and rental scooters were a fun way to get there or back as well. When the week ended we all wished we had more time, and all agreed we would love to rent this beautiful villa gain.
