This unique property within the gates of Costa Diamante (the only custom home neighborhood in Rocky Point) offers the best of everything. Beachfront living, 5 Bedrooms (including a studio apartment with its own kitchen, bathroo, living area, and separate entrance), 4 Bathrooms, spacious living areas, sweeping views, private hot tub, private Sauna, neighborhood pool and hot tub, huge patio overlooking the ocean, grill, fire pit, you name it. We also own the house next door (vrbo.com/1022137). Together you can have up to 26 guests in up to 8 bedrooms. Ask for more details.

You will eliminate the hassle of carrying things to and from the beach--because you ARE ON THE BEACH!

The master suite walks out to the back patio/beach, has a large-screen TV, fireplace. Other bedrooms come equipped with large flat-screen TVs, Netflix, and ample closet space. For the kids, there is a bunk room where you can have up to 6 kids (people) sleep in Full/Twin bunks.

There is a full-featured kitchen with everything you need, a very large patio with a grill, table for outdoor dining, lots of space to sunbathe on the lounge chairs, and a view to die for right from your own beach home. Even a fire pit those great talks with your family.

Whether you are there to relax with your family, want to have a family reunion, a wedding, anniversary, or a corporate retreat. There is no nicer accommodation in Rocky Point.

Beautiful spot right on the beach! Manager was very responsive, needed the hot tub cleaned, had cleaners there the same day & took care of it. Lots of room for our entire family. Beautiful views, loved the blue of the ocean. Saw dolphins many times, had a beautiful week for weather. Have made many good memories. Were relieved that getting in and out of Mexico went well!

If you want a wonderful place right on the beach with plenty of room for a big group (there were 13 of us), then this is the place for you. The owner was always available and prompt when we needed anything. Great views and plenty of beach activities to keep us all entertained. We took advantage of the meal delivery option and the food was delicious with plenty of leftovers. Overall a great experience.

Awesome property in Puerto Penasco

Our family has an amazing stay in Rocky Point at this property. It has everything you need and the location is ideal, right in the beach. A drink vendor and massage table was literally stationed right down our steps on the beach!! Iā€™d say the only drawback is that a few of the beds need to be replaced in the bunk area. They were put back together after being broke and when our friend ls laid down they went to the floor! The rest was awesome!!

Beachfront House

Travelled to Rocky Point with 6 guys to play some golf and relax on the beach. Quick drive from Phoenix. The house was exactly as seen in the picture. The communication was always very quick. We took advantage of hiring the in house chef and his food was amazing. The housekeeper came each day to clean the house while we were out golfing. The 2 security gate houses was an added benefit to a first time visitor. Definitely would rent this house again.

Fantastic Family Beach House

This property was amazing to stay at. The location is right on the water, the house is cozy and comfortable to fit our family. We take a trip every year here and this was our first time renting this property it accommodated 5 adult, 2 kids three and up, and a three month old. Next year we will definitely be looking to rent this property again next year. The host is very kind and responsive and make the booking process very easy. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a nice stay on the beach.

Perfect beachfront getaway with friends!

We cannot say enough about how spectacular this home was and the location being directly on sandy beach! The views and sound of the ocean from the patio were breathtaking! We cannot wait to return one day and bring the pups as it was dog heaven there! We highly recommend getting a massage on the beach as wellā€¦we felt safe the entire time and never had a single issue! Thank you Boan for your kindness and for allowing us into your home!!

The cutest little community right on the beach. Could see dolphins from our window and every room had its own unique style. It was a vacation that we will never forget. We ended up staying in the house and on the beach for the entire weekend and didn't even go out because we felt so at ease here. Boan was so helpful in the booking process and answered any questions we had very fast. we will be coming back.

Best Location

One of a few homes on Sandy Beach, plus it is pet friendly. We ended up not bringing our dogs, but Sandy Beach is Dog heaven. The property manager is very responsive and easy to work with. The house is clean and a perfect size for a multi-generation family gathering. We worked with Boan the property manager to have in home chef service for three dinners that were fantastic and reasonable in cost. We really enjoyed renting the kayak. The extra suite available upstairs is very nice, newly renovated. The home is a steady rental and over time outdoor furniture and beach chairs have disappeared and need to be replaced (we did not come down from Phoenix). I want to emphasize that we had so much fun and enjoyed the location and property, it made for a great Thanksgiving celebration.

We are a family who loves Rocky Point. Even though we live in Utah we make it a point to travel to Rocky Point every year and enjoy this amazing, magical place. Some of our most cherished memories of our children growing up have been had in Rocky Point.

We have been vacationing in Rocky Point for over a decade and always dreamed of having the ultimate vacation home. A house on the beach, not only a house on the beach but one in a secure and beautiful place.

Costa Diamante is the most beautiful private neighborhood in Rocky Point. Our children can play and enjoy the surroundings like no where else.

This house offers a fifth bedroom as a studio apartment with its own separate entrance, kitchen, living area and bathroom. It is so convenient and being that it is on the beach there is not any hassle of carrying things to the beach--because you re there! The stunning views, BBQ, Large Flat screen TVs, large patio, jacuzzi, fire pit, everything to have the ultimate home away from home.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

There are very few properties where you can walk out and be on the beach. There are no walks to get to the beach because you are there! Watching your kids or family from the living room and being able to call them in for dinner without having to make a trek to the condo or hotel is priceless.

The private jacuzzi in the back patio is also a plus so you can relax while viewing the ocean and hearing the waves crashing. The fifth bedroom allows you to have the extra space and/or privacy to have more of your family with you.
