Excellent Stay

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The host was very communicative when we needed to edit the guest list and the house was absolutely gorgeous. We loved our stay right on the beach and can't wait to do it again:)

Best Experience Ever!

We stayed here to celebrate my friends and my wife’s birthday and we had an absolute blast! With our backyard being right on the beach, the views were more than breath taking. The host was always readily available when I had any questions and was very kind. I don’t have a single bad thing to say about my stay here in Puerto Peñasco! Highly Reccomend this place!

On the Beach

Excellent time spent! House met all our needs, from easy access to beach (as you are literally right there), friendly community, helpful staff, and just an amazing trip. I will definitely be checking availability for this house when planning to head down to Puerto Peñasco again!

Beautiful stay

We only had a short stay at Villa Emilia but we wish it had been longer. Beautiful location clean and ready for us on arrival with all the amenities you could need. Easy beach access. Thank you for an amazing vacation.

Beautiful stay on the beach

Beautiful house just steps from the sand. Cannot beat the location. House was nice and met our needs well. Boan was extremely responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome Stay

We had a wonderful timje during our stay at Villa Emilia. The location and the views of the sea were incredible. And really enjoyed the hot tub watching the sun set. Wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend Diego's Tiki Bar for meals.

Amazing House

This is the best property at Casa Diamonte! Our family enjoyed the beach during the day and hot tub at night. The home is beautiful in every way and the location is wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a better house!

Great Location

Location was private and away from resorts. Home was secure and guarded. Home had much-deferred maintenance, owner needs to correct for 5 stars.

Great Place!

There were a couple of issues with the house that the owner fixed quickly. The check in process took awhile due to a lot of people wanting to check in at the same time. We all really enjoyed our stay and will certainly rebook in the future.

We always stay right on the beach, and this house was exactly what we love about RP. Beautiful.

Boan, property owner, was fantastic. He was always available to answer my questions and updated me on the property as we got closer. The home was very clean, beds were comfortable, view was amazing. The hot tub was right on the beach and the covered table outside was perfect for every meal. After we left, Boan even helped us find our daughters wallet that had fallen in between the bed and wall. I highly recommend this property and any other property RPvacation owns.

Best vacation EVER!!

The views and amenities in this house are off the charts! The beach is steps from your living room, we could let the children play in the sand — even the surf and watch them the whole time. The beds are comfortable, the house has incredible views and it feels like our home in America. Between the beach, ATV, wave runners, games and endless laughs we had the time of our lives. We felt secure as there was 24/7 security and it is in a gated neighborhood. Netflix and DirectTV were a plus after getting tired of all the fun in the beach. We almost did not go because we thought it would be too hot in August. It was hot but between the beach pools and a cool house we were so glad we went—besides it’s a lot hotter in Phoenix and the is no beach there. Our only complaint was our inability to stay longer. We WILL be back!

Perfect Location, Needs some maintenance

POSITIVES: The house location and layout are amazing. The property manager/owner is very responsive and has a great maintenance guy. He needs it. NEGATIVES: The house in general needs some serious cosmetic maintenance. The years of renting are showing everywhere. Baseboards are rotting out, paint bubbling/peeling inside and out. Cabinet doors are loose/falling apart. The table centerpiece (water/fish bowl vase thing) had beer caps, bugs and dirty water in it. Doors and walls near high use areas were filthy. Certain shutters not working at different times throughout stay. Spiral staircase had a support post loose, and a broken cable at the top (safety issue). The electrical is weird throughout the house, for example the microwave is NOT on its own breaker and had other outlets in the kitchen tied to it, so if you run the microwave and have something else tied to one of the outlets it will flip the breaker. Those are to just name a few. Basic things you would think would be taken care of for any house, not just a "high-end" beach rental.

I am grateful for all the feedback. I have not seen any bubbling paint in the house but we'll take a look immediately and correct this. There are some baseboards that were damaged and we are in the process of replacing them, this is a minor cosmetic issue but it's true. There was one cabinet door that was loose and once he reported it we immediately sent our maintenance person who repaired it along with the shutter that was not closing (because the switch was left in the "open position too long after the shutter was fully open). The centerpiece seems to gain things from guests from time to time. Most like it as a character piece but maybe it's time to retire it. The staircase and railing cable have been repaired. We actually keep the home in really great shape. I feel this review was overly critical and not reflective of the experience people have at the home. Almost all of our guests rave about the home notwithstanding it may have a small blemish from time to time.

Location, Location , Location

Right on the beach. Gated with security. Hot tub positioned perfectly to see the pier and the sunset. House is AMAZING! has every amenity you would want in a beach home. Automatic security roll ups on every window and door. Perfectly located on sandy beach. close to bars, restaurants, resorts, quad rentals. Deserves 10 stars !!!!!

We are a family who loves Rocky Point. Even though we live in Utah we make it a point to travel to Rocky Point every year and enjoy this amazing, magical place. Some of our most cherished memories of our children growing up have occurred in Rocky Point.

We first stumbled upon this incredible place over 20 years ago. My parents were going to build a house on a lot they had just purchased. We went to rescue them from making a mistake in Mexico and ended up falling in love with Rocky Point. 8 properties later we've made it our quest to share what we have discovered with others.

We are not a large corporation to which you are just a number, we endeavor to help each of our guests have an unforgettable experience, a reason to come back again and again.

The locations where we have built/chosen our properties are world-class. Warm beaches, courteous staff, top notch security, and guaranteed sunsets that will make you fall in love too!

Rocky Point is a magical place no matter where you stay but staying at a beach house, on the water, is unlike anything else. There is no hauling stuff to the beach, no long walks to get there, you start and end at the beach.

There are no condominiums at Costa Diamante, only single family homes; this means that there are a lot less people around and you can enjoy the beauty of the place undisturbed.

Each room has its own climate control system so you can be comfortable at your own temperature.

The home has everything you need to make unforgettable memores and we sincerely hope you'll want to come back again and again.
