Cute and comfy. I was in town to work at the Rolex 24 and it was quick and convenient to get to the track, and nice to have a quiet place to come back to for cat naps or a good night sleep. Not huge, but perfect for a couple or just me. Host was very helpful and friendly when I had a question. Everything I needed and would certainly book again.

The room was nicely decorated, pool was clean, room was clean, great location. The door from the pool side can't be locked from outside. The mattress was terrible/old/flat. Not a lot of room for cloths. No closet.

Would stay again!

Loved this place! It was clean, the neighbors were friendly, the hosts responded quickly when I couldn’t find the fob to the gate. The pool was clean, the new deck overlooking the ocean is beautiful with plenty of space to sit and/or bbq. I can’t wait to come back next year, especially when the main pool in front of the unit will be ready!!

Daytona trip

We really enjoyed our stay, the condo was lovely and right on the beach. It was clean and check in was easy. The communication with the property manager's was easy, fast responses with questions prior to booking. We never had to contact them while we were there we had no issues. Would stay again!

My family loves Ocean Jewels

My husband and I have stayed here at this unit a few times and we love this place. There condo is the perfect size for just my husband and I. Very clean condo and the community is quite pleasant. Would give this a 5 out of 5 stars and would highly recommending this unit when vacationing.

Terrah was a good guest, just didn't understand that a VRBO isn't set up like a hotel with daily linens and refills when you run out toiletries . We did have a hiccup with our cleaning service.

Nice week at the beach

We’ve stayed at ocean jewel several times in recent years always been a pleasant stay. Loved the room it was a great location. Owners of condo very helpful. Bathroom floor could have used a little more cleaning. But overall nice room with great owners.

Condo verses grounds

The unit is very nice have stayed there before. The owners are very friendly and will deal with any issues that arise. The only thing there was more construction left to do in the grounds that we expected but again as for the unit as always it was perfect

Best Stay

This was our first family vacation!! My husband and I brought our 2 and 1 year old!! The condo was perfect size for us, it was warm and inviting from the beginning, it was the perfect balance of farmhouse meets beach house!! We would open the back door, and the littles could run out and look at the pool/play with out fear of them getting out!! The back patio opened right to the pool, but had a safety lock, so they couldn’t get out!! The cottage was stocked with all the essentials we needed and didn’t know we needed!! The condo was also conveniently located to restaurants, mini golf, and shopping!! We enjoyed it so much!!

Not what was advertised

We thought we were arriving to a pool side room. Got there and it was a construction zone. No pool. Just a big dirt whole. Emailed them when I first booked asking to stay another night … finally 6 mos later they emailed after flights and plans booked. I had to call Vrbo to have them contact me about pool situation. I asked for compensation for not getting was advertised. Their response “there is another pool around the corner” Went to make eggs and there was grease left in pan and was never cleaned. My advise. Don’t stay.

Hate to here, as it states in the add we are finishing up the hurricane work, and when you contacted me about the pans I had the cleaning service buy new ones. The second pool is about 120 ft from this unit. Jesse

Great Place

This was my first time being in Daytona or getting to enjoy a beach. My friend and I were there for Rockville. We loved the easy access to the beach and spent many mornings there (and in the ocean if it was cooperating). The place was not too far from the speedway (which is where Rockville was) so the drive to and from were not bad. We were in a location with many things not to far away. We walked to the boardwalk and did some shopping and there were many great places to eat. We were there while the deck and one of the pools were being repaired. Didn't really bother us since we spent time in the ocean or at the festival, plus there is another pool right around the corner if needed. My only complaint ( and the owners had no control over it) was when the construction crews would start work each morning cause all you could hear was the Beep beep of the equipment. Otherwise this was great place and I would definitely stay here again.

Surprise -- ouch!

This little condo is nicely decorated and makes efficient use of very limited space. But it quickly becomes cramped quarters because the outdoor living space is not at all as represented. The pools are empty, apparently undergoing longterm repairs; there is no beach access at all from the property; and the "view" is of a big post-hurricane mess surrounded by a lot of orange plastic construction fencing. Shame on hosts who misrepresent such significant conditions, only to spring an awful surprise on guests when they arrive. The interior of the condo was clean enough, but many of the outdoor areas on the property were grubby.

The outdoor patio is exactly as the pictures indicate. There is some construction. Sorry your trip was not as enjoyable as you hope.

Not accurate description

Upon arrival it was very clear that the condo had not been cleaned well. The floors were filthy, leaving your feet black walking on them. The bathroom had not been cleaned well, with grim in the corners and in the tile. When we went to make breakfast in the morning not a single frying pan that was clean to use. They were filthy. Even the owners when I sent a picture asked me to throw them away due to how bad they were. The construction was far worse than what is in posting. You can’t sit outside due to the dirt and dust covering everything. Construction workers start at 7am, banging and making a ton of noise. And continue all day so you can’t even relax by the pool without listening to the construction. Definitely would not stay here again.

Our stay at Ocean Villas

When we arrived it looked clean, but on closer inspection there was just grime and grit everywhere. The view from the patio was a construction zone with a big chain link fence and orange cones. The dishes and pots had caked on food from previous use. We were locked out of the unit on the very first day. No one was in the office. It took forever to find a maintenance guy. My husband most of the day going back and forth to find someone. We finally got in touch with the owner around 9 pm to get key from lock box. He knew that there was a problem and said that they would change it when they came to the unit. The tv quit working on Wednesday and we were not able to get in touch with anyone for the rest of our stay even though I called three different times. I couldn’t leave a message because the mailbox was full.

It's in the first line of the listing and we spoke about it and I sent you pictures of the other pool before you arived . I wish you would have said something about the cleaning when we spoke, I would have had the cleaning service come back . Thanks Jesse

Nice unit, great location

Very nicely remodeled unit steps from the pool and the beach. Kitchen and bath were well equipped and stocked. Had a couple of issues but the owner is very responsive and interested in the guest having a great stay.

Wonderful efficiency styled condo

This condo was cutely decorated upgraded amenities along with pool side patio and just steps from the beach. The ease of renting this unit was absolutely amazing. Would love to come back again next year
