Aerial View is a luxurious 4,630sf home (3,848 interior sf) located next to Seaside in Old Seagrove. With 5 bedrooms/4 full baths/2 half baths, Aerial View will sleep up to 14 guests and offers an elevator, 10'x23' private heated pool (heating fee applies), 3 living areas, 3rd Floor views of the Gulf and Seaside rooftops, a 5-minute stroll to the neighborhood beach access and a 90-second walk into Seaside. On-street parking is not allowed; please note parking spaces below and plan accordingly.

Please NOTE - if you wish to add pool heating to your stay, the additional fee is $60 per night + tax and must be arranged directly with Grayt 30A Vacations no later than 7-nights/1 week prior to arrival. There is NO spa/hot tub feature on the pool; this is simply an extension of the pool that can only be heated if you have paid to have the pool heated. It is not recommended to heat the pool in colder weather, as heaters will not be able to heat to the desired setting as ambient temperatures fall below 50 degrees.
