NEW LUXURY BARNS WITH INDOOR SWIMMING POOL. The four new barns near Eastnor Castle have just been finished to a very high standard with everything being new including luxury kitchens and bathrooms. Each barn has been furnished and styled by a top interior designer with a rustic french theme and also a scandinavian style theme. Each has its own private garden with stunning views as well as a 300 acre site to walk around with picnic spots and nature trails. We have also just finished the indoor swimming pool and separate function room that can cater up to 24 people with separate kitchen for large groups to celebrate birthdays or large family gatherings,
We have the added benefit of being 15 minutes from the M5 and also very central to Ledbury and Malvern and Cheltenham.
There are 2 barns with 2 beds and 2 barns with 4 beds, the barns can be hired separately or for 24 people in total. If you would like to hire the whole property PLEASE GET IN TOUCH FOR PRICING.

Fairoaks is a luxury collection of four new holiday barns, on a 300 acre estate situated at the Herefordshire/Gloucestershire border near to the pretty town of Ledbury, and at the foothills of the Malvern hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty. The barns at Fairoaks have been fully restored over the last two years by the owners. Once used as a working farm many years ago, all four barns are now five star luxury holiday retreats that can be hired exclusively for twenty four people or hired separately. So whether it’s a family holiday, romantic break for two, or a party for a celebration, we have the facilities to suit every occasion to make your experience unforgettable.

The four barns sleeps up to 24 people in 12 bedrooms based round a quadrangle ,we have two 4 bed units and two 2 bed units you can hire one barn or combine as many as you want depending on the seize of your party. Each unit has its own facilities and is perfect for family gathering or celebrations
We have a separate kitchen and dinning room which seats 24 people so if you want to have caters to come in and cook for your special occasion or want to come together as one family group it works perfectly.
This barn shown is one of the 4 bed units which sleeps eight people, with four large bedrooms and three large bathrooms in this unit like the others they can be made into singles or doubles depending on your needs. This large luxury barn offers the perfect retreat for families looking for a holiday to relax and unwind. This barn combines high quality fixtures and fittings with an excellent location and stunning views of both the Malvern hills and the countryside towards the Cotswolds from your own private garden. The master bedroom has a large walk-in shower room with rustic Italian tiles and a roll top bath. This barn with under floor heating, has open plan living space of a dining area and living area which can seat up to twelve people, more if required. The living area is located on the middle floor. This is a large comfortable room with stunning views that seats eight people comfortably with a large log burner and wall mounted television.
