**Important Information - Please Read**

- Minimum Age to Book: 25 years old
- Parking: 3 standard size vehicles
- Max Occupancy: 16 guests
- Mail & Package Delivery: Mail forwarding is in place. Do not ship packages to the home. We cannot guarantee delivery.
- Starter Pack: Includes soaps, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc intended to get you through the first night or two. Guests are responsible for purchasing extra supplies.
- Kitchen: Equipped with standard appliances, Keurig + traditional drip coffee maker
- Private Pool: Chlorine pool with plenty of lounge chairs; heating available for $55/day (October - April)
- Grill: Natural Gas grill available
- Check-in & Check-out: Check-in at 4:30 PM, check-out at 9:00 AM
- Incidentals Hold: $1,000.00 - The hold is released on day of checkout
- Rental Agreement: Must be signed prior to arrival or booking may be canceled without refund

First Floor:

- Guest Bedroom: Queen-sized bed with access to a full bathroom.

Second Floor:
- Master Suites: Two elegant king-sized bedrooms with private bathrooms and access to balconies with gulf views.
- Guest Rooms: One queen room with private bathroom and one kid's room with four twin beds and private bathroom.

Third Floor:
- Master Suite: Entire third floor dedicated to the main master bedroom with a king-sized bed, luxurious bathroom, and private balcony with the best views in the home.

Back Yard:
- Outdoor Space: Well-manicured walking and green space, small porch with gas grill, open pool deck with lounge chairs, and private swimming pool.

Good Neighbor Policy

This is a family-oriented neighborhood, not a party home. Any vulgar language, excessively loud music, large parties, and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited. Complaints of excessive noise, disturbances, parties, violations of HOA rules, or law enforcement involvement will result in eviction and forfeiture of all deposits.

Restrictions and Policies

- No Events, Weddings or Large Gatherings
- No Smoking: In the home, on balconies, around the pool area, in walkways, or common areas
- No Pets Allowed
- No Food or Drinks in Bedrooms
- Minimum Renter Age: 25 years - No exceptions
- Parking: No RVs, boats, motorcycles, ATVs, trailers, or large utility vehicles
- Mail & Package Delivery: Mail forwarding is in place. Do not ship packages to the home. We cannot guarantee delivery.
