The Space:
-The property is located less than 4 miles from Downtown Lower Broadway, and 7 miles from Nashville International Airport (BNA).
- The 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit has 1 queen sized bed in each bedroom as well as a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
- The kitchen is fully outfitted with stove and oven, microwave, regular coffee pot & toaster. We do not provide pantry items or coffee.
- There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
- Each unit includes two free parking spaces.

- Pets are permitted. A pet fee of $30 per pet will be requested for stays including said pet.
- 2 Pets max, or 50 lbs limit, No pets on the furniture, Pets to be crated if left unattended at property, Please clean up after your pets mess and dispose in the dumpster on site.
- Pets not reported to owner are not permitted and guest will be asked to leave property without refund.

The Neighborhood:
Berry Hill is a city within a city. Surrounded on all sides by Metro Nashville, Berry Hill is a quiet 2 square miles filled with restaurants and over 40 recording studios. Many of the recording studios have fantastic murals. It's worth a walk around the block!

Many guests do not rent a car, this is perfectly fine at The Wells. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

Interaction with Guests:
Guests will have full Access to the entire townhome. 2 Bedrooms, 2.5 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and living room with queen size pull out sofa. Parking is available on site. A keyless door entry code will be provided to you 2 days prior to arrival.
