House Rules:
To keep Captain’s Quarters welcoming for everyone:

Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. – 7 a.m.
No parties or large gatherings
No smoking anywhere on the property
One pet allowed (max 75 lbs.) with $125 non-refundable pet fee
Pets must be leashed outdoors and crated if left unattended
Violations of the smoking policy will result in a $500 fine. Pet policy violations may result in a $300 fine. Thanks for helping us keep this home in top shape.
