Panama City has everything you need to let your worries melt away, so book a stay at this spacious condo for your next family retreat. The view from the fully furnished balcony is to die for, so take your morning coffee out to one of the two tables and plan out a day of adventure! Whip up a delicious meal in the full kitchen before heading out to the sand to look for seashells. The shared pool area is a great place to spend an afternoon and if you are trying to stick to your exercise program, there is an onsite fitness center just for you! Finish the day watching the sunset with a glass of wine and doze off to the sound of the tide.

You may never want to leave the sand, but venture out and you can easily see the many attractions nearby. Take a drive down the coast to check out the trails of Camp Helen State Park or rent a kayak for the day and paddle around Lake Powell. Try your luck at fishing off of Russell-Fields Pier or spend the day on a shopping spree at Pier Park! There are plenty of concerts and festivals going on at Aaron Bessant Amphitheater year-round, so be sure to check out their lineup when you get to town! Gulf World and Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf are both a short drive as well for some fun for the whole family!

We had the best vacation! The condo and property was amazing and the condo was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed! The beach service was such a plus! Great vacay and we canā€™t wait to book again!

Beautiful Beach front!!!

The view was amazing - the pool and hot tub were awesome - large enough and not that crowded. Of course right on the beach with beach chairs and umbrella was great! The couch is amazing! so comfy and big enough for he entire family! It is on the end of the strip so you'll drive to restaurants (traffic in season is horrible as expected) but you can't fault the view and condo.

Great vacation!

Good location to Pier Park. Great layout-parking under building (no crossing street) not much walking to elevators (on each floor of parking) 3 elevators on each level and fast(not much waiting). This condo had a dream master bath(whirlpool tub and walk-in shower). Right on the beach and two Beach chair rentals What more do you need?

Overall a nice unit.

Overall the condo was nice and spacious for our party of 4. Location was great and that area is so quiet, we really liked it. The sink in the master (across from closet) doesnā€™t drain properly and backs up fairly quick. Also, the balcony furniture is in desperate need of an upgrade. Itā€™s not comfortable at all

Beautiful home but

Beautiful home but the management company is slacking. Floors were extremely dirty as my 1 year old couldnā€™t even get down in the floor until we had to clean them ourselves. It was leaving black all over his legs. They did offer to send cleaners the day after we checked in but we were tired and didnā€™t want to leave the room for them to come back to do what they should have done prepping the room. No mattress or pillow protectors which grossed me out with how much traffic a condo getsā€¦ Bathrooms had less than half a roll of toilet paper in them so we had to go out the same night we checked in to get supplies. Walls were dirty just from over time use like around door knobs and heavy traffic areas. Overall the condo itself was beautiful but needs to be maintained better. As I condo owner I would expect more .

Almost perfect

This is the second time that I've stayed at this property and it continues to provide an excellent experience. The Palazzo has 3 things going for it. Location, crowd levels and the property it self. Located right on the beach and in walking distance to a grocery store/souvenir stand, you don't have to fight traffic to have a great time. The Palazzo with 16+ floors is large enough but a smaller property. That in combination with being located on the less crowded end of front beach road equals a MUCH less crowded beach experience. 1106 has great amenities with one of the most comfortable giant couches that every member of the family took an unplanned nap on at some point. Though listed as a 2 bedroom, the extra bunk room is roomy enough to not feel claustrophobic. The master bedroom was spacious and perfect to listen to the ocean as you fall asleep. On an unfortunate note, you guys have to do something about deep cleaning the bathrooms. I cleaned the incredibly nasty shower head but someone MUST clean your drains in the sinks and tub. Both of which drain very slowly. The master tub takes 2+ hours to drain. Snake the drains. Overall, I look forward to visiting again soon. Thanks for the memories!

This was the best condo we've ever stayed at!!! Decorated beautifully, huge comfy sectional couch, wide balcony at least 12 ft deep w/plenty of seating, perfect location, the master bed has one of those memory foam pads (very comfortable), fully equipped kitchen, master bath toilet in its own little rm, 11th fl perfect for viewing marine life in the ocean, close to elevator but not directly in front of it, very clean and it smells good!!! I highly recommend this condo. My family and I will reserve this unit for all our futher pcb vacations.

Perfect Stay

My two best friends and I had the perfect getaway at this condo! Clean, spacious, cozy couch for all of us, stocked kitchen, washer & dryerā€¦.AND perfect view from the balcony! Close enough to Pier Park area for an inexpensive Uber, but far enough away for a quiet beach experience. Just a 25 minute drive to 30a if you want to experience a little high end dining. Loved our stay!
