The crystal clear water and white sand will have you rubbing in some sunscreen and throwing a bathing suit on in no time! With beach access just steps from the shared pool area, you won't have to go far to fully dive into vacation mode. Once you have worked up an appetite and need a little shade, come back to home base and whip up a tasty snack in the full kitchen. When the sun begins to dip below the horizon, draw a bath in the large, jetted tub for a luxurious way to end an evening!

Though you will never want to leave the sand, venture out and easily see the many attractions nearby. Try your luck at fishing off of Russell-Fields Pier or spend the day on a shopping spree at Pier Park! There are plenty of concerts and festivals going on at Aaron Bessant Amphitheater year-round, so be sure to check out their lineup when you get to town! Gulf World and Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf are both a short drive as well for some fun for the whole family!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the ā€œDamage Waiverā€). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This unit needs some work. I really wasnā€™t impressed with this unit and Iā€™ve stayed at Palazzo several times in the past. This was my least favorite unit. I did not enjoy being on the last floor. The view is better being in the middle. It could also use better selection of cookware. I will say the woman Patty who I spoke with was very responsive. I believe she is the owner.

The beach access is amazing!! The location of the condo just can't be beat. We really enjoyed our stay at the Plazzo. This was our 3rd trip. It was our first time in this condo, we would rent it again. It's simple, not fancy at all but the facilities are amazing!

Great condo, great location, but could use a little TLC

This condo is really nice, could use some TLC. Great location, parking is under the building. No waiting for the elevator like at a lot of other locations. Great easy beach access. Beach chairs provided, which is must for me. Would stay here again.

The condo was nice and clean. It was a good price. The only issue we had was 1 bedroom didnā€™t have a working lamp and other than the bathroom light there was no other light source in that room. I would stay here again.

We loved.the place, location and views. What i didn't like was the numerous emails it took to get parking registration, to get linens and a blanket for the pull out couch as well a having to contact someone for.a valid code to get IN the condo. Communication was awful the place was enjoyable

Beautiful location, shabby condo

Everything about the building was amazing. Location, amenities and of course the beautiful beach. Unfortunately this condo needs a lot of love. It has been used and abused and not well cared for. While the kitchen and bathrooms were clean, the living room furniture was filthy, the outdoor furniture was so worn you couldn't sit on it without covering it with towels first, and the master bed creaked with every movement, enough that we had to put a pillow behind the headboard to keep it from banging the wall everytime we moved. Definitely would stay in the building again, definitely would not stay in this condo.

Great Views!

This home was perfect for our trip. The two secondary bedrooms upfront allowed my daughter and friends to have their privacy away from me in the main bedroom. I loved waking up to the fabulous ocean view and sitting on the patio while the sunset. Bring extra towels if you have a large group or be prepared to wash. I would stay here again.

The room was pretty dirty we did have to clean floors before we could let the 1yr old down to play we had to was the bed sheets off 2 beds before sleeping in them The counters were sticky as well as the floor in the kitchen. All worked out!

We originally had reservations at The Splash (701 E) but our room was unacceptably filthy. We attempted to work with local management and owner but they were really rude and unwilling to correct the issue. After 4+ hours, two ladies from Vacasa helped us transfer to the Palazzo. The room was slightly smaller but it was clean. We had zero problems after our transfer and ended up having a wonderful family vacation.

Worst responsiveness both from Vacasa and the owner. They knew the dishwasher for the 3 BR apartment was not working, we were vacationing with a party of 7 with kids, and kitchen is the most important part of a airBnB. when complained was told, first was no responsiveness, after 5 calls, were told will be replaced tomorrow, then next day, then the day after and then after a 4 day vacation it never got fixed. The host and vacasa thought paying $25/night was compensation enough after spoiling our $3000 vacation . This is cheating - if I knew there was no dishwasher, I wouldnā€™t have booked the apartment. There are many options. In fact had a similar experience with another apartment in PCB last year, in that the owner was so kind, sent disposable plates, apologised, proactively discounted $500 for the trip. The most horrible experience. 15+ calls, multiple texts and no semblance of customer service

Great property and location

Absolutely loved staying at this property. A few minor things were the keypad code upon arrival, and the kitchen needs a few more utensils and pans (Extremely minor issues). The location is a perfect distance for beach walking to the pier, or driving over for shopping, eating, and hanging out. The beach is pretty low key and perfect for familyā€™s/small groups to get some sun and hangout. Iā€™m truly hoping to book again!
