This corner-facing condo boasts one of the best views of the water available in Panama City. It will be hard to stay inside, as the spacious wraparound deck is furnished with lounge chairs overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Wake up early and feel the morning chill in the air before the sun comes up to really enjoy the peaceful nature of the ocean as the tide ebbs and flows. As the sun heats up the sand, make your way down to the shared pool area to take a dip in the refreshing waters. Just steps from the pool is a path to the beach, so take a walk along the shore and feel the sand between your toes. When the sun begins to dip below the horizon, enjoy the beautiful colors from the comfort of your own living area with a home-cooked meal made in the full kitchen. End the day with a glass of wine and reminisce on the day's activities with loved ones before dozing off to the sound of the ocean.

Though you will never want to leave the sand, venture out and easily see the many attractions nearby. Try your luck at fishing off of Russell-Fields Pier or spend the day on a shopping spree at Pier Park! There are plenty of concerts and festivals going on at Aaron Bessant Amphitheater year-round, so be sure to check out their lineup when you get to town! Gulf World and Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf are both a short drive as well for some fun for the whole family! If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle, take a drive down to Carillo Beach for a small-town experience with beautiful beaches.

Perfect location

Perfect location! Parking was a breeze even with our Yukon XL. Perfect little vacation spot! Near some cute little quick shops and bike/ golf cart rentals. We saw a little fireworks show from the balcony wonderful views and felt very private.

The sliding glass door was ā€œfoggedā€ over obscuring the view quite drastically, the balcony furniture was very worn, no table and chairs, there was NO SOAP in any of the three bathrooms, the mattress in the second bedroom, (the one with the balcony) is sunken in the middle and needs to be replaced. The volume on the tv in the living room would barely turn up enough to hear. Weā€™ve stayed in Palazzo several times and been extremely happy with the property. The location is perfect! However, this unit does need some things addressed to make it a more pleasant stay.

Wonderful Condo!!

The Condo was very clean and it was beautiful!!! The dƩcor was tasteful (not overwhelming like some places we have stayed) and beautiful! We could not get the TV in the master bedroom to work - however we are older and not very technology able! Vacasa was going to send someone up to get it working but we said not to bother as we would just watch the TV in the living room and read books in the bedroom. We had a GREAT stay and would highly recommend this Condo!

Very dated decor. Couch falling apart. Beds uncomfortable and falling apart. No hot water in the southwest bedroom. Mold in the bathroom and ceiling needs finished. Dishes were put away dirty had to wash all the plates and silverware before we could use them. If you walked around barefoot your feet turned black. Otherwise things were great.

Would not stay again

Beds were terrible! One was broken and the other swayed so bad you practically layed on the other person. When I stripped the beds I found blood stains on bed and pillows. Ice machine does not work I had to freeze water and bust up the ice myself. There was no sheet pan or skillet to cook with. We had to go buy our own skillet. And the floors looked clean but your feet would turn black if you went barefoot. The furniture is facing away from the beach couldnā€™t even see tv in the evening. I should have listened to the other reviews before I booked but thought surely they would have fixed the ice machine but nope, it was still broken.

A bit disappointed

We've stayed at the palazzo several times and have never been disappointed until this unit. The living room furniture is new and nice and the master king mattress was very comfortable. The mattress in balcony queen suite is old and sunken in. There's no seating on that balcony. The patio furniture on main balcony is old and torn. Only two chairs were safe to sit in. There is no outside patio table as shown in pics. Washing machine wouldn't work. The outside patio lights were broken one was just hanging there. Needs a few more kitchen amenities. A sheet pan for pizza and a frying pan would be nice. Love the palazzo but will choose a different unit next time if improvements can't be made.

The building and location were wonderful. The interior features of the condo we stayed were not great. None of the tvs worked. Yes they turned on, but no access to channels. We had to go buy av equipment to watch from our phones. The kitchen had limited kitchen supplies. No oven mitts, can opener etc. very few items. The worst part was the furniture. The couch was so broken down, that the floor was more comfy. The until had incredible views but the creature comforts on the inside were the worst we have stayed. Every chair within the until was very dirty and worn out. Also big stack of plywood under master bed, which was visible from the family room. There was no table on patio, even though is photos one was shown. We will come back to the condo building just never this unit.

For the price you charge, we expected better.

While the view of the ocean is beautiful, the condo needs some work. The beds are in major need of replacement as they are all very broken down and left everyone sore! The master bedroomā€™s bed-frame had fallen off on one side and we spent about 20 minutes getting it back together before we could even sit on it. One bedroom TV does not work while another only has a couple channels. The decor is very dated and feels thrown together. The condo smelled of smoke upon arrival. The couch was very uncomfortable. The master bathroomā€™s tub had black stuff coming out of the jets. The light in the walk in closet is broke. The parking garage is a nightmare to try to park in. The code was changed on us during our stay, leaving us locked out of the garage. The building stated Vacasa frequently changes the passcodes without telling the guests and had to give us a new code.

Property needs to be kept up and furniture updated

I love the location and balconies all the way around the condo. I like the option for a beach lounge set with umbrella included with the price. I did not like the increase and all the different fees and then to have the amenity of beach towels discontinued and and a charge for parking added along with the increase was ridiculous. I did not like the communication as to the link for registering and paying for the parking. We received a threat to tow or boot our car on the second night and had to find someone onsite who then sent a message to Vacasa we needed to register it took another half a day to get the link. I did not like the furniture in the condo. The living room couch is totally worn out and two chairs are worn and tearing. The dining room table is wobbly and chairs broken. One had a chunk gone that had previously been duct taped back together the table was all scratched up. It is time for new one. The master bed was broken and we called because just by sitting on the bed it slammed against the wall so the maintenance man said screws were gone must have been vacuumed up by the cleaning crew. He couldnā€™t fix we told him we would be good with a towel behind to keep it from hitting that was the fist of 7 days. The tvā€™s are all outdated and the only one with Netflix froze up and cut off several times during our stay. The ceiling in the kitchen keeps flaking white paint onto the floor, it looks like it may have been touched up several times. The second bedroom had a broken mirror for the closet door. The bed was worn out. The glass has a beautiful view, however there was two areas that need to be fixed because they are fogged up. The tub stopper in the master does not work you have to hold it up to let water out.

Honest review

The view was amazing and the condo was very spacious. The condo was clean and ready for us when we checked in. I would say however the carpet needs to be replaced and tile put down. There was a musty smell when we got there and I think itā€™s because of the carpet. The furniture needs to be replaced. The couch and chairs were stained and wore out. The coffee table and side tables were all scuffed up and looked dirty. The hanging curtain/shades appear to be yellow stained and in between the folds thereā€™s dust layer. The toaster only works on one side. The wine cork is broke. The ice dispenser on fridge does not work. There were no spatulas to cook with. The stopper for the tub doesnā€™t work to fill with water in master bath. There are random eye contacts stuck on walls etc. We have stayed at the Palazzo several times and always loved it. Would not stay in the unit again.

Loved loved loved this property!

We absolutely had the best condo we have ever had at the Palazzo last week. We have been renting here for 20 years. It was so spacious and I practically lived on the wraparound balcony. We saw manatees, dolphins, turtles, ospreys, military fighter jets all from our balcony! We will definitely be back. Thank you for making our stay memorable. I wish I could post pictures. It was stunning!

We like the design of the unit and its location. I could not rate it any higher due to some minor issues that need to be addressed. The furniture is old and worn, making it uncomfortable to sit on, we ended up sitting on lawn chairs throughout our 5 week stay. The TV's are also out of date, not a big issue for us but an upgrade would be nice. The carpets need to be replaced, old, worn out and stained. The table on the outside deck is nice but the ceramic tiles on it get blown off in a wind storm which happened on 2 occasions. The tiles need to be glued or fastened securely on the table. Just some minor updates and the unit can be rated higher.

It was our daughters wedding weekend!

The condo was very nice! Very spacious! And the views were breathtaking!! Highly recommend. We love the Palazzo and will definitely will be back!
