With sprawling beaches and a gulf-front pool that spans 13,966 square feet, guests can relax for days or dive into an array of beach and gulf activities. Additional amenities include a heated indoor pool, two hot tubs, and a fitness center. Shores of Panama is ideally located within walking distance to local dining and shopping.

You’ll love the view from Shores of Panama 501’s wraparound private balcony. This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo sleeps up to eight guests and is located on the 5th floor.

The gulf-facing primary bedroom, with private access to the balcony, features a king-size bed and flat screen TV. You'll find a combination tub and shower in the private primary bath. Flat screen TVs are also present in both the second and third bedrooms. Both bedrooms have private bathroom access to shared, full baths featuring combination tubs and showers.

With all the conveniences of home, the fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for packing up your cooler for a fun day at the beach or whipping up a post-pool dinner. You’ll find seating at both the bar counter and dining table. Kick back and relax on the plush sleeper sectional and oversized recliner while you enjoy your favorite show on the large flat screen TV. Don’t forget that view: make your own happy hour and relish one of Panama City Beach’s picturesque sunsets from your private balcony.

For your convenience, this unit comes with a washer and dryer and free Wi-Fi.

Beautiful views and a great place to stay. Elevators were a bit slow and parking garage was difficult in a truck but overall a wonderful place for my family and I! 10/10 recommend.

All was good need to update beds and furniture. The carpets needs cleaning.Customer service was very helpful except one person who had an accent and an attitude when I called, very unprofessional.

Clean but you can tell it was a rental

It was a little different because it was a rental… it wasn’t as taken care of. It has cracks and holes in the walls, the kitchen cabinet covers were falling off. Carpet throughout the condo that felt salty and not very clean… it didn’t come with all of the extras like toys in the closet for the kiddos or washing powders and had cheap soaps and hand wash. Usually they have all of that when it’s owned by a person and not a rental company. We had small children and it didn’t have a dead bolt for them to not escape being we had two kids that sleep walk and the balcony wouldn’t lock at all so it was hard to get sleep without thinking they may slide out of both doors.

We will never stay here again!

We have came to Panama City for family vacation for YEARS! We have stayed at tons of different condos, and this by far was the WORST! It’s definitely in our list of do not stay at again. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with nasty attitudes from stay trying to figure out how to check in. Parking and fees cost us almost 120 for two vehicles, which we found out we didn’t have an actual parking spot but had to ride the parking deck that is extremely tight and find a “yellow” spot to park which was a nightmare! Our room recked of smoke/animals as soon as we opened the door. We immediately had to pickup trash out of the floor, and I don’t mean small pieces of trash but tags from clothes, a hair towel box, money, and plastic. We have a one year old so we had to do this very quickly! There was cigarette. “guts” on the bedside table of the master bedroom and not to mention the kitchen counters were disgusting. There was a broken mirror under the bed. I immediately contacted guest services and they said the property manager would be in touch. We couldn’t sit at the table because the legs were so wobbly. I didn’t hear from anyone until the next day when they sent someone up to vacuum which only stirred the smell up again. The experience here was so bad all the way around that I wouldn’t personally stay in any unit here, the parking alone was enough for me to realize this was not a place for my family and I.

Please note that the staff onsite, parking policies, and associated fees are managed directly by the Homeowners Association, and not by Southern Vacation Rentals. While we are limited in those areas, we always aim to support our guests however we can. We truly value your feedback and hope you might consider giving us another opportunity to deliver a better Southern experience.
