The primary bathroom includes a tub/shower combo; the other two baths have stand-up showers. Take a delicious swim in one of the multiple shared pools available or walk mere meters to dig your toes in the warm sands of the Gulf of Mexico. After spending the day at the beach or playing basketball in the shared court, use the shared hot tub or steam room to rest your body; you'll sleep like a baby!

Pier Park is only 0.8 miles away and offers shopping, dining, and family entertainment. Cool off at the Shipwreck Island Waterpark, which is four miles away. Coconut Creek Family Fun Center is six miles away as well as Ripley's Believe It or Not! THINGS TO KNOW
During spring break, this condo is only available to families or groups in which all occupants are at least 25 years of age.
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
